    ★ Please be aware of the wildlife surroundings; Home Owner is not responsible for lost or injured pets

    ★ If cabin is damaged by your dog, which includes, but is not limited to, excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear.

    ★ No Pets on furniture

    ★ We recommend bringing a few old towels with you to wipe off their feet after going outside, especially in the wet months, as Tennessee Red Clay is inevitable

Initially unable to enjoy the outside and beautiful wrap around porch due to all the birds poop. A little is to be expected, but it was obvious that nothing had been cleaned outside in months. I spent one morning cleaning the railings and outside rocking chairs and grill myself. The owner was wonderful and very responsive to any concerns. Overall a beautiful house and perfect location for our needs.

We are very pleased with the property. It was spacious and very. The family room has 3 sofas ensuring everyone had a comfortable place to sit. The beds were comfortable. Our favorite part was the wrap around porch. We would sit out there and enjoy the mountain breezes and fresh air. And the rockers were comfortable. We spent as much time as we could out there. Lots of windows with natural light. All in all a delightful place to stay! We hope to go back to TN and will definitely stay here!

Was everything we were looking for, to accommodate everyone in our family! We had 7 of us and everyone had a bed to sleep in and a place to sit for relaxing and eatting. Wifi was great as well. Both my husband and I worked remote to full days while visiting.
