Our ground floor, three bedroom beachfront apartment offers a gourmet kitchen, huge patio, 75' flat screen smart television with Sonus surround sound. Elegantly furnished for your air-conditioned comfort, the breathtaking view of Seven Mile Beach is your panorama.

FOR LARGER GROUPS, Our sister property VRBO/Homeaway #784598 directly next door can be rented as well!

Our spacious master bedroom offers beachfront views from your king-size bed just off of our 400 square foot patio. The bedroom also has a walk though closet to a stunning bathroom which offers a spacious double-sink vanity and features a walk-in shower area offering a 14' rain shower head coupled with six body shower heads and a hand and wall shower.

Our second guest suite bedroom is stunning in it's own right with its king size bed and a huge private bathroom offering a full size soaking tub and shower combination with quartz decking around the tub.

All bedrooms offer 40' flat screen smart televisions.

This place was amazing right on the beach. It is nice it was away from the main section of 7 mile beach so they're not a lot of people walking in front of the beach but mainly just guests that were staying there which made it like you had a secluded beach. John was an fantastic host keeping in constant communication and very accommodating with our needs. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again forsure!

Perfect spot for a family trip

The beach is right outside the back door, and the water is just a few steps further. The beach there is relatively quiet, and if you like snorkeling, there is sea life right off the beach. The condo itself is spacious, clean, well stocked, and well maintained, with plenty of space for hanging out both inside and on the screened porch.

Great condo with excellent amenities

It's a beautiful location, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Directly on the beach, lots of toys and things in the garage, nice pool. Overall it's an excellent property, and we really enjoyed staying here. The beach does have a submerged seawall and is subject to erosion, but we swam and enjoyed the water. Just needed some care with the rocks off shore.

The view was amazing and the beach couldn’t have been any more perfect!! Step off the back porch and you’re there. Chairs and umbrellas all set up. Beach toys available. The condo was very clean and well stocked with dishes/pans and cleaning products.

John was great with communicating with us during our stay. The condo was fully stocked with all we needed plus more. Being right on the beach was definitely convenient for all of us to just walk out and go snorkeling or swimming. Grocery/liquor/dive stores are all within a short 15min walk. The condos are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Being able to step out of the screened in porch onto the beach was so wonderful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need. They provided paddle boards, beach toys, extra beach chairs. 7 Mile Splendor

This is our second time staying here. The condo is decorated and furnished beautifully. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. John Ramsey is very accommodating and is quick to answer any questions you may have regarding the condo or Island. We will definitely be staying here again.

Family Trip to Cayman

We loved our stay at Laguna Del Mar! The home had everything we needed with beautiful furnishings and finishes. We had three adult couples and an infant in our family and everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach access was immediately outside the screened porch and provided a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again.

Had a great stay - property owner was very communicative, especially considered that a tropical storm just blew in the week prior to our stay. He was very understanding to make our trip as enjoyable as possible, despite some limitations due to weather conditions. Condo was clean, refreshing, and overall property association was enjoyable. Outstanding stay -- 10/10

Everything about the property and the service was excellent, and I'd highly recommend. We traveled with a 3 yo and a 3 month old, and it was a perfect setup. The Unit is very spacious , though we spent almost all of our time outside on the screened-in porch with an unimpeded view, sitting on the sand, or at the pool. The location is very convenient, with a variety of restaurants and stores within 100 yards of the driveway entrance. It was also quiet, particularly compared the rest of Seven Mile Beach. John, the host, was incredibly communicative and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, without any hesitation.

Amazing condo! Amazing owner!

There are not enough glowing words to express how wonderful this condo is. It is truly the nicest place we have ever stayed on vacation. The condo is well stocked, extremely comfortable, and in a convenient location. The view cannot be beat! We were sad to leave and hope to return SOON! The owner, John, was very prompt and responsive to any and all questions or requests that we had. He is, by far, the best owner we’ve dealt with in all of our VRBO rentals, and made our vacation much more enjoyable.

We had an Excellent experience at this property. The host, John, was the best host we’ve ever experienced after staying at many VRBO properties over the years. The Condo is exactly as advertised and more. Excellent water toys for the beach, including beach chairs, floats, paddle boards and towels. The facility was also the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had as well. It felt like our home away from home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Cayman. The beach was awesome. Wonderful family vacation away from the snow. John communicated often and was very attentive. Thanks so much, John!

Wonderful

The property is very well appointed and kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Everything that you would ever need for fun at the beach was available in the “garage”. The tennis / pickle ball court is available and extremely nice. The house is very roomy and comfortable. All parts of the island are easily accessible via short drives. John Ramsey was always quick to reply to answer any questions, he and the entire staff were very friendly and courteous. We were a family of eight ranging from 8 months to 72 years, we all are grateful to John and we highly recommend this rental.
