In case the beach is not accessible during your stay, we provide comfortable lounge chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation. A public beach is also nearby, and we offer lightweight beach chairs for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Our upgraded condo is equipped to the highest of standards rarely found in any rental units. As you can see the views and location are unbeatable. We have the best beach! Soft sand, clear water and the only snorkeling spot (in front of the Marriot Hotel) on 7 Mile Beach. This condo is walking distance to most everything - Camana Bay, shops, restaurants etc. Free parking is available if you do rent a car. All of our condo's are fully stocked and includes board games, reading books, DVD's, toy's and more to make you feel right at home.

Seven Mile Beach may experience seasonal changes due to natural sand migration and erosion. Consequently, Cayman Reef Resort cannot always guarantee the beach's availability or size. We appreciate your understanding that no refunds will be issued for any issues beyond our control regarding beach conditions.

TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
We highly recommend that all guests secure their reservations with Travel/Trip/Cancellation Insurance. We do not provide this insurance, and guests are responsible for selecting and purchasing their policies.

MAID SERVICE
Daily maid service is not included in your stay. However, we are happy to arrange it for an additional charge.

Christmas break

A wonderful property - the condo is great. It has everything you would need. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus. It is centrally located. We used taxis and it was so convenient. Supermarket was within walking distance. If we come back will definitely stay here again. The owners we very responsive to questions.

Great location for restaurants and Caymana Bay. The beach has suffered since our last visit but hopefully it can rebuild. A couple beach chairs would have been nice for visiting other beaches on the island.

Wonderful spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Property manger very responsive to a small problem. Location is awesome. Beach is under pressure from tides but very close walk to large section of seven mile beach. Nice sunset viewing.

Gorgeous ocean view property!!

We had 6 of us ranging from 15-48. The views here cannot be beat! 2 balconies to enjoy them from or walk down right to the ocean. It’s just steps away! The unit was spacious and comfortable! We had everything we needed. Carol was super responsive! The dishwasher control board died and we had a new dishwasher the next day even though we could have washed our dishes by hand. You can walk right across the street through the beautiful flower and plants lush walkway to Camana Bay. So close to everything!! Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to return.

Family Trip

My family of 5 was visiting Grand Cayman for a beach and snorkeling vacation. The condo was as described with stunning views and well stocked with all supplies you can need. The beach was beautiful but a little small but plenty of room for lounging or floating. I strongly recommend water shoes as the coral and rocks can be a bit sharp. We really liked the location near Georgetown and Camana Bay.

Clean and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful week at this property, the unit was clean and comfortably fit our family of 6. Plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen, and within walking distance of so many things, including the grocery store. The only downside was that there was no direct beach access from the property due to beach erosion, but it was a quick drive up to Governor's Beach for the most calm and beautiful beach on the island.

Grand Cayman getaway

Overall our stay was wonderful. The unit was very clean. The owner was super responsive. Location was great. My only complaint has nothing to do with the unit itself but more the Coral Reef Resort itself. The access to the ocean was quite challenging. Could easily be fixed by adding a ladder to the pier.

Family vacation

The condo is in a great location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and Camana Bay. Condo was perfect for a family of 6. The beach was a little rocky but that is because of the recent storms. Easy walk to get to the other parts of the beach where there is more room to take a walk. Just an FYI, food/liquor stores are closed on Sunday. We learned the hard way!!

Great stay!

We stayed at this property with our multigenerational family this month. The property is spacious and as described. it was clean, well provisioned, and maintained. The location is convenient to access restaurants and retail on foot or easily by taxi. The only downside to this property is that the beach is quite narrow in this area. It is a busier section of 7 mile beach. While the pool is very nice, the grounds are not as well kept as some of the other properties in the area but that in no way affects your stay. Overall, a nice property that I would recommend and return to.

Very family friendly

We stayed here back in 2016 and the property was exactly like how it was listed in pictures. This time around, when we physically got to the unit, you can tell the wear and tear over the years had taken its toll on the property. Great location and very conveniently situated for people to explore around. I wish the pictures were updated though in regards to the beach access which is nonexistent. You’re literally stepping off from the ladder into very rocky surface. Also the refrigerator was quite dirty upon checking in. We had to clean up ourselves in order to quickly cool the groceries we had just purchased. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could use a little TLC mainly the sink and shower areas.

Great condo

We loved our stay in this condo on 7 mile beach! It was very clean, steps from the beach, and plenty big for our family of 4. The layout is kitchen, living room, and full bath that contains the washer & dryer on the first floor. Cool circular staircase up to 2nd floor that has 2 big bedrooms with queen bed in each, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds (twin over double) and full bathroom at the top of the steps (no true master bedroom). Balcony on first floor off the LR and on second floor off the 2 queen bedrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked with keurig coffee maker and there’s a ceiling fan in each bedroom. The only negative is the beach itself was impacted by the 2021 hurricane and is narrow. Depending on the direction of the breeze the beach can at times be almost nonexistent. There are umbrellas & chairs provided by the property and the water is warm & absolutely beautiful! The resort is close to many restaurants & an awesome grocery store called Fosters that has everything! Would definitely stay here again!

re: Location is great

This is our third time to Grand Cayman and first time getting a condo--the location is excellent for those who wish to be on 7 Mile Beach. The condo was fully stocked with all amenities i.e. towels, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. The view of the ocean from this unit was spectacular and each night we went out to watch the sunset. All the stores are in walking distance and we had a car so was easy to drive to dinner or other locations on the island. The beach is right next to the condo and just grab a chair if you plan to sit on the beach. There are rocks in certain areas so be careful where you step upon entering. You're paying for location so highly recommend. We saved too by cooking our own breakfast and bringing our own alcohol. Property was well maintained--each day there were workers keeping property clean and pool chairs back in place. Communication with property manager was great. If we come back to Cayman again, I would recommend the condo route. This one met all of our needs.

This is a PRIME location along 7-mile beach. Most everything is within walking distance, and although the beach is not as large as it once was, there's still plenty of space to play and layout. The water is absolutely beautiful and the accommodations are great. You can't go wrong staying here!

Steps from the beach

Loved the location and unit was just as advertised. Very clean and good AC as it was super hot during our stay. Owner super responsive. Much better choice for quiet stay with a few people on the beach vs loud and crowded hotels
