"Staff was so sweet checking in, we ended up on the ground floor right by the office! I expected a lot of noise being by the office but everybody was respectful. Rooms were clean. Perfect for the quick overnight on the way to San Fran!"

"We had a wonderful stay for our mini-honeymoon! The room is very comfortable with a great location near many restaurants, coffee shops, and places to drink wine. The staff were all friendly and very, very helpful! There is a mild amount of noise being near State street but nothing that diminishes the stay at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Santa Barbara."

"Mindy was a superb host and everything about this property and experience exceeded our (already very high) expectations. The inside living space was really well-appointed and incredibly comfortable, and sitting on the balcony while sipping coffee in the morning felt like being in Italy. There’s a ton to do in Santa Barbara, but this spot was hard to leave!"
