"We had a great experience! Very clean room, kids received a little welcome bag, coin laundry on the 6th floor, close to all major train lines and the staff was amazing, they helped us track a package that was supposed to arrive in the morning and within a few minutes we received an answer and a few minutes later the package arrived.
