Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in complete freedom, without constraints.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORT
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).
👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.
🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, it will be charged.
🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 12 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.
♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied.
❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
