We had a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay with our family of 9 at this wonderful place. The clean and spacious rooms provided us with all the comfort we needed. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area with a BBQ, which allowed us to savor cozy meals with a stunning view. The beautiful balcony view was a highlight, perfect for morning coffees and evening relaxation. We can't wait to return, thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Wonderful accomodation

We stayed at Lucilia’s house for a week in July and had a truly wonderful stay. The house was very clean with many amenities (baby crib, washer and dryer, toys for the pool,…). We did not miss a thing! Our kids had so much fun in the big pool. It also has a good fence around it which was very important for us since we were travelling with small children. The house is very big and comfortably hosted us (6 adults and 6 children). The direct area of the house is very quiet and peaceful but only a short car drive away are shops, restaurants and beaches. Lucilia and her family are the sweetest hosts and are very responsive and always happy to help. I would definitely recommend this accomodation and would book again when staying in Sesimbra.

Amazing holiday!

We had an amazing ten days here, the house is lovely and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The pool and outside grill were where we gravitated to most days and great memories were made there. The nearby beaches are beautiful, A car is essential but everything you need is nearby. We recommend staying here, we will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful two weeks of vacation

We enjoyed the beautiful and spacious house. It s nicely decorated and everything you need is available in the house. We enjoyed the open outdoor kitchen area and swimmingpool. The communication was in Portugese but with google translate it was no problem. The house is located close to beautiful beaches and the small village Sesimbra. We enjoyed the beaches in Sesimbra with kids. Just park your car in the garage at the boulevard. There are always spots instead of parking at the street. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a spacious very clean family house.

Perfekt hus för stora sällskap. Lugn och harmonisk omgivning. Trevliga och mycket tillmötesgående värdar som svarat direkt när vi haft frågor eller funderingar. Bra pool för så väl små som stora. Mysig uteplats. Och inte minst - havsutsikt och fina solnedgångar. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka och rekommenderar verkligen detta boende!

Un grand merci à Lucilia, pour son accueil, son sourire et ses explications lors de notre arrivé. Grande maison avec beaucoup d’espace, propre, bien décoré, et très pratique pour 1 semaine – tout est là pour se laver, cuisiner, laver le linge, manger dehors dans le jardin etc. Nous étions 3 couples et chacun pouvait trouver un endroit diffèrent pour se détendre, sur la terrace de la maison avec vue sur la piscine, près de la piscine, devant la télévision au rdc ou au 1er etage. Endroit tranquille pour lire dans le jardin, proche de la plage, à deux pas de plusieurs petites épiceries, cafés et restaurants. Plusieurs grands supermarchés sont à seulement quelques km.Très pratique pour se rendre à la plage,Lisbonne et d’autres villes dans la région.Merci Lucilia , nous reviendrons !

Eerst en vooral een zeer goede ontvangst door de eigenaars die ook voor enkele kleine verrassingen hadden gezorgd. De foto's op de site doen het verblijf GEEN eer aan, het was mooier dan op de foto's. Hele propere en goedwerkende badkamers, voorzien van meer dan genoeg handdoeken. Wij kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen, ook met kleine kinderen gezien de veiligheid rondom het zwembad. Alles was ook aanwezig zoals een reisbedje, eetstoel, slaspotje,... Ook de faciliteiten (wasmachine, droogkast, vaatwas enz.) waren top. Wij gaan er alvast nog eens heen.

Cela fait des années que nous partons en vacances (3 couples d’amis) … cette maison de Sesimbra est certainement la plus belle découverte de nos différentes locations. Propreté irréprochable, maison très grande et très bien équipée, piscine bien entretenue. Nous avons été accueilli par Lucilia et son petit-fils qui sont restés très discrets pendant le séjour mais disponibles en cas de questions. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Si l’annonce vous convient, n’hésitez pas … la description de cette location correspond bien à la réalité. Merci à Lucilia et à son petit-fils ... tout était parfait

Excellent sejour

La maison est parfaite pour deux familles (10 personnes) et est vraiment spacieuse. Tout était au top et Lucilia est vraiment une hôte au top ! L’espace cuisine d’été et piscine est très bien : on ne vivait que là pour ainsi dire ! La localisation de la maison nous a également bien plu car elle est située à moins d’1h de Lisbonne pour les visites (Sintra, Cascais, Lisbonne…) et aéroport et à quelques minutes des belles plages de la cote Ouest de Sesimbra (praias do Meco, Ribeiro do Carvalo notamment) Nos suggestions pour que la villa n’ait aucun défaut à nos yeux : - une douche d’extérieure (solaire ?) proche de la piscine - un évier (point d’eau) au niveau de la cuisine d’été - et pourquoi pas une table de Ping pong… Nous recommandons cette maison fortement. Una casa muy bonita y muy cuidada

Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones muy agradables. Si falta algo la dueña te lo facilita en un instante. Playas espectaculares muy próximas. La anfitrioba nos preparo un dulce casero, una bolsa con dulces típicos de la zona y una botella de moscatel para un buen inicio de vacaciones.

Moradia bastante espaçosa e com tudo o que é necessário para uma maravilhosa estadia. Espaço exterior fantástico (piscina, cadeiras, mesas, churrasqueira,...). Boa localização (zona sossegada, tranquila e perto de praias/supermercados). A destacar a disponibilidade, o cuidado e simpatia da D. Lucília. Tinhamos um pudim caseiro delicioso e a garrafa de moscatel, à nossa espera. De sugestão, apenas a melhoria do sinal Wi-Fi (tinha algumas falhas). Recomendo! E esperamos voltar. Até breve! Beijinhos

A casa da D. Lucília é um sonho e tem tudo o que é preciso para passar umas férias agradáveis en família ou com um grupo de amigos. Está totalmente equipada e tem uma piscina com água salgada e zona de barbecue espectacular. A localização tb é um muito boa com muitas praias a uma distância curta de carro. Para finalizar, a D. Lucília é uma simpatia e muito profissional. Nada nos faltou e sem invadir a nossa privacidade, ela fez questão de verificar se estava tudo bem conosco. Muito obrigado
