"The internet connection was poor in the room. The room is very quiet and nice except people smoke in the balcony, and that's quite disturbing. On the day before my checkout date, room service personnel did not leave any floor towel for the bathroom, and the shower water was flooding the bathroom floor. Other than that, the overall experience was good."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. "Stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. Arrived later than expected but it was an easy check in, friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and cozy. Ladies in room service in the morning are very friendly, very politely asked me if I wanted my room serviced, I didn’t until my third day and the lady cleaned it as I went to breakfast. Breakfast was very good, good assortment and options. Locations very close to the beach and great area, near bus stops to Palma center and airport. Would definitely stay there again. "
