Secluded large holiday home in one of the most picturesque regions of Europe.

The old watermill is finished to a very high standard and absolutely ideal if you want to get away from it all as its rural location makes it idyllic, peaceful and serene.

The property is full of character with wooden beams and has the restored remains of the old mill workings as a feature. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with two dining tables, two lounge areas with TV, one upstairs and the other downstairs. swimming pool, rooftop terrace, BBQ, Paellera (for cooking a paella) , many patio areas for relaxation, 8 mountain bikes and is a perfect blend of modern convenience and rustic feel.

Outside you can relax in the pool or on the sun-loungers and enjoy the beauty of the local area.

Nearby you can explore the Los Filabres mountain range, visit the natural spring at Cela, mini Hollywood in Europe's only desert or enjoy walking, running or cycling on the endless routes nearby. The Alhambra Palace at Granada is just over an hour away and the magnificent Lake Negratin just 45 minutes away for water sports etc.

The property can accommodate up to 16 people (one room with 4 single beds, two rooms with doubles, two rooms with three singles and one room with two singles). We also have a self-contained apartment with a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, sofa-bed and is fully equipped, an additional charge of 45€ is charged for this.

There is an on-site laundry, and there is a studio complete with mats, blocks and a massage couch suitable for Yoga and other relaxation techniques.

Please note that for additional guests over 10 we charge an extra 15€ per guest to cover additional costs. This includes the use of our stylish self-contained apartment.

We ask that on the day of departure guests leave by 1200, if you would like to stay longer this is possible for an additional fee of 50€.
