立地:ブザンソン・ヴィオット駅より、路面電車に乗り、Canot停留所より徒歩2分ほど
ただし、近くにスーパーはありませんので、中心街まで徒歩か路面電車で出なければなりません。（私は歩きました。）
設備:必要最低限は揃っており、タオル類もあります。ドライヤーはフロントに言ったら借りられます。
朝食:コンチネンタルブレックファーストですが、野菜とフルーツがない以外は充実です。フルーツジュース、コーヒー・紅茶、パン、チーズ、ハム、卵、ヨーグルト、ジャム、シリアル…のような感じです。
また利用したいホテルです☆」

「Séjour de 4 nuits pour le travail, chambre milieu de gamme rénovée au dernier étage. Cuisine équipée avec ce qu'il faut, je l'ai utilisée pour les dîners et petit-déjeuners pendant mon séjour. Les clients de l'apparthotel sont plutôt jeunes sans doute lié à la proximité d'universités médicales et à l'hôpital universitaire à 5 minutes à pied, ce qui peut engendrer des nuisances sonores le soir ou très tôt le matin. Mais bon séjour en général, j'y retournerai à la prochaine occasion. 」

「le séjour c'est bien passé, surtout que nous avions le beau temps et que nous étions beaucoup sur la terrasse.
les hôtes sont accueillants et à l'écoute. L 'intérieur du gîte est assez grand (chambres, salles de bain) à part le salon qui est un peu petit. A l'extérieur la terrasse est bien et le terrain est spacieux avec des jeux pour les enfants. Dans la cour on peut y stationner 4 voitures」

「We had a fantastic family reunion in this magical place. It was perfect for our large group of 21 people plus one dog, with an enormous dining table, enough space for everyone, beautiful bedrooms, most of them with their own shower, a tennis court and ping pong table. It had everything we needed and lend a special atmosphere to our reunion. The booking and communication with the host was smooth and very pleasant. 「I spent a few wonderful days with my family in this magical 17th century mill. This place is, in a word, heaven on earth. Mr. Pierre and his wife are very kind and hospitable. The interior is in an old idyllic style as befits such a place and the house is very clean. Anyone who wants to spend peaceful days in nature, surrounded by animals and the murmur of water and waterfalls must visit this place.」
