房間非常寬敞，床褥軟硬度適中，我們的房間看到遠處的南山塔，房間用品非常齊全，房內電器是用平板電腦調校，不論是電視、冷氣、燈光等等，非常方便。酒店早餐所有食物都非常美味，每天執拾完房間，還有歡迎我們的巧克力放在房內給我們享用，員工非常有禮，極力推介此酒店。

滿分的酒店，房間寬敞整潔，床褥軟硬度適中，員工有禮，早餐款式多，而且味道非常好。此酒店鄰近地鐵站，兌換貨幣方便，酒店樓下就有便利店，但沒有太多閑雜人在此街逗留，雖然價錢比一般韓國戈酒店貴一點，但物有所值，會極力推介酒店給朋友

The hotel was located 5 minutes walking distance from Myungdong street and Lotte department stores. It’s very new and clean. Just like any new big city buildings, self parking wasn’t easy but I payed about $20 and did valet parking. The parking price was for whole stay (I stayed 2 nights) not per day and in and out privileges. The club lounge food and drink was excellent. The gym and swimming pool was spacious and well equipped.

Leurs points forts c’est la situation (en plein cœur de Myeongdong) et la piscine (15m de long/1m20 de profondeur - il ne faut pas réserver de tranche horaire pour y aller comme c’est le cas dans beaucoup d’hôtels en Corée). La chambre de luxe nous a déçus : 2 fenêtres très étroites qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir (impression d’être dans une pièce sans fenêtre) avec une vue triste et limitée sur l’immeuble noir d’en face. La clim est réglée sur 24 et c’est impossible de la modifier. En août il fait 35 degrés en moyenne dehors. Dans l’hôtel la différence de température est bien trop radicale, on avait froid dans la chambre. Même en arrêtant la clim il a toujours fait froid. Carrelages en marbre dans la salle de bains : ça glisse beaucoup c’est super dangereux. La déco de la chambre nous a donné l’impression d’être dans les années 80… Le staff en revanche est prévenant et il faut mentionner leur bar lounge, seul endroit où on a eu droit à une excellente musique d’ambiance et pas de la K pop…

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Myeongdong. Literally feet from restaurants, street food, and shopping. The pool was fabulous, our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Did not replace the robe and new items for the mini bar were left out. While we had alot of luggage in the room, the maid service felt lazy.

Very bad first impression
Overall a very good hotel, perfectly located. Nevertheless, I really didn't appreciate that the receptionist tried to get us in a room of a lower category than the one we booked. After mentioning clearly that I was not happy she reassigned us the room that was booked, just explaining that the hotel was full and basically she gave it a try! Really unpleasant.
