The downstairs lobby was beautiful, but you feel like there was a bait and switch when you get upstairs to your room. The smell was so bad until you opened the window and aired your room. The room was small and made me think it was a remodeled motel. The beds were clean along with the bathroom. Unfortunately I didnโ€™t get to sleep much because it was like sleeping on boards. It was great as a break, but I wouldnโ€™t live in the hotel.

Benikea was in a good location! Still walkable to the downtown area. Room was clean and spacious, with a large bathtub and great views out the window. The bed is the firmer Korean style, but I like that more than the soft western beds. Breakfast buffet is extremely nice and worth it for a slow relaxing morning. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. :)
