Staff are not accommodating and cold, all my requests were rejected such as extra pillow. Secondly, the floor towel and the shower towels are treated as same meaning same colour same size. This is not acceptable as the shower towels need to be bigger to cover our heads and body and also to distinguish between floor and body use. It is very unhygienic to do this practise.

로비에 바로 GS25 있어서 되게 편했고, 걸어서 바다도 구경할수있어서 위치도 좋았어요! 침대 바로근처에 콘센트가 없어서 그게 조금 아쉬웠어요! 숙소에서 바다뷰는 좋았어요!

높은 퀄리티의 호텔을 찾는다면 아니라고 얘기 드리겠지만, 괜찮은 호텔 추천해 달라고 한다면 추천할 수 있습니다. 직원분들 친절하시고 딱 필요한 종류의 맛 괜찮은 조식. 깨끗하게 관리 노력한 시설..로 평가합니다. 제주 중문 출장으로 2회 이용했고, 일행도 여행오면 이용 고려하겠다고 하네요.

아주 만족합니다.

숙소 위치도 아주 좋고 근처에 맛집도 많습니다. 그럼에도 한적하고 붐비지 않아서 더 좋았어요. 중문과 아주 가깝고, 모든 직원분들이 친절 하십니다. 3박동안 룸 청소도 깔끔하게 해주셨고, 1층에 편의점이 있어 아주 편리합니다. 전반적으로 상태도 아주 좋았고, 히터 사용도 문제가 없었어요 수압도 좋습니다.
