"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedó la sensación de que es una práctica habitual. "L'extérieur est très bien au calme et vue magnifique je regrette que l'intérieur du chalet ne corresponde pas aux photos en effet j'ai eu l'impression qu'on m'avait prêté le chalet beaucoup d'effets personnels qui ne nous concernaient pas et qui encombraient inutilement le chalet sans parler de la cave qui était pratiquement inutilisable ce chalet est resté dans son jus moquettes partout et aurait besoin d'être rénové dommage le lieu est vraiment agréable "

"Excellent setting - stunning views all around the apartments! Lovely big spacious 2 bedroom apartment - only downside was no air con during a heatwave! Had to ask to borrow 2 fans which didn’t really do much. Couldn’t leave the windows opened as we tried one night and got bitten to death by mosquitos!! Was unbearably hot but understand the apartments were built for the snow season! Otherwise, excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting. "

"We were 13 people, adults and old teenagers, and were very confortable in this house. The kitchen is wide, easy to make big cooking. The table is capable to host 14 people. Several sofa. Good beds. Only thing that could be improved : the heating system is a bit oversized (a bit overheating the upper rooms), and noisy during the night."
