Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Nous avons vraiment profité d'une météo exceptionnelle pour la saison avec accès aux rando et même une journée sur les "planches". Cette région nous a beaucoup plu avec toutes sortes d'activités, le tout dans un écrin de verdure et de calme, permettant le repos et la découverte. Le logement, idéalement situé nous a permis de visiter à pieds et sans trop besoin de véhicule. Nous recommandons cette résidence, "classieuse" et vraiment très calme. Une semaine idéale donc ! "

"L'extérieur est très bien au calme et vue magnifique je regrette que l'intérieur du chalet ne corresponde pas aux photos en effet j'ai eu l'impression qu'on m'avait prêté le chalet beaucoup d'effets personnels qui ne nous concernaient pas et qui encombraient inutilement le chalet sans parler de la cave qui était pratiquement inutilisable ce chalet est resté dans son jus moquettes partout et aurait besoin d'être rénové dommage le lieu est vraiment agréable "

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Guzet et avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement et la praticité du studio. Il n'était pas précisé sur l'annonce qu'un accès à la piscine était possible, c'est dommage sinon nous aurions apporté nos maillots!"

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out our room had been given away. No notice, no explanation, and no effort to make things right. There is no person attending the “reception desk” – this is not a hotel. To make matters worse, when we tried to call the company’s central reservations line, they said that they "don’t speak English” and hung up on us. Unacceptable behavior from any hospitality provider, let alone in the tourism industry. This experience was not only a major disruption to our trip, but also a glaring example of how not to treat guests. We strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this property or company. There are better options for real hotels directly across the street."
