We have a very strict no pet policy. This includes service animals. We have severe allergies in the family that would prevent this individual from being able to be in the home. The home has been professionally cleaned and cleared. Please honor this policy.
No parties or event gatherings. There is a 10 person limit at all times. This includes the daytime, not only nighttime guests. Prior approval needed over 10. The home sleeps 8 comfortably in beds and there is 1 twin futon off of the kitchen in a living space. You're welcome to bring an airbed if you want to adjust sleeping spaces for kids or any reason.
Be aware:
There are stairs at the entrances. Not wheelchair accessible. Staircases are inside to the second level. There is no railing on the front entrance porch at the steps and along the sitting area if you may need it for the elderly or children. Stairs and low windows in bedrooms should be considered if you have children or infants. Keep the windows closed at all times. The home is not child proofed.
There is an unfinished basement used just for storage that is not part of the rental.
