「We arrived at 1430, an hour before check in. We were turned away after starting our journey in London at 0430. We asked to wait in a public area but were told there was nowhere to sit and wait. The photos of the property show this to be to the contrary. Not welcoming at all. The minibar in the communal kitchen , run on an ‘honesty write down your usage basis ‘in a notebook was somewhat spoiled by a cctv camera pointed directly on it. Didn’t feel we were in Provence. 」

「I think it was my misunderstanding completely, but I thought that there was a kitchenette where I could prepare food. There is a microwave and a small fridge so cooking was not really an option. Other than that, the location and accommodation is lovely. The garden area is spectacular for reading, relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine. Very peaceful. One caution, the walls are very thin, if you are a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs! The hosts are the kindest and best people - I would...
