朝食を部屋まで運んでくれる。アメリカンブレックファストがおすすめ。スタッフも親切でフレンドリー。レストランもリーズバブルだった。プライベートプールが最高！

プール付きヴィラとしては格安といえるが、とにかく部屋が暗い。夜何か読もうと思うと結構きつい。ライトがつかなかったり、泊まった部屋だけ突然停電したり、雨が降ったらドアから部屋に水が流れ込んだり、エアコンから水が落ちてきたり。とにかくアクシデントが多かった。ただ、言うとすぐに対応してくれる。朝食はボリュームもあり味もいいが、野菜が少ないのととにかく出てくるのに時間がかかる。

空港送迎をお願いしていたのに、忘れられていて督促して１時間待たされた。帰りの送迎も予約してお金も支払い済だったが、忘れられていて１時間待たされた。滞在中停電が４回あった。謝罪は一度もなし。

インドネシアスタンダードでみれば総合的に◎

三泊しましたが総合的には◎です。良い点: スタッフが親切過ぎるレストランのパスターがおいしいマッサージもレストランも良心価格プライベートプールがあり、開放的に遊べる悪い点: 設備が古いというかもはやボロいメンテが行き届いていない(トイレ、水回り) フローティングブレイクファーストは見栄えがいいが、飾りの花にアリだらけで気分は最悪シャンプーの入れ物が壊れていて、持ち上げただけで落下して割れる。そして弁償代を3200円くらい請求された。粘ってマネージャーまで話をして、ようやく理解して貰えたが、スタッフに話をした時点で上まで話を通して欲しかった。気分はよくない。いろいろ不満はありましたが、ぼったくり島のバリにおいての良心価格とスタッフの親切さが悪い点以上に補ってくれたので満足感はありました。日本人的にはもう少し細かいところに気がつくとより良いと考えます。悪い点は全てスタッフが気づけば回避出来た内容です。客に指摘されてから直すようでは所詮インドネシアスタンダードからは抜け出せません。せっかく素晴らしいスタッフを抱えているのですから、もう少し顧客目線の教育をしたら完璧だと思います。

日本語が、通じなかったのは、しんどかったけど、携帯の翻訳機と、単語で、どうにかなりました。去年も宿泊しました。今年も宿泊しました。来年も宿泊したいです。とても素敵な空間でした。時間がゆったりと流れてくるって感じかな？日本人が少なかったです。もっと、日本人も来て欲しいホテルです。バリは７回行きましたが、大手ホテルでは、経験出来ないフレンドリーなホテルです。ぜひ、おすすめします

朝食が凄く美味しかった！でもメニューに写真がなくて何が何だかわからなかったのが残念！スタッフの方もとても親切でヴィラも綺麗でした！プールも150センチの深さで伸び伸び泳げました^_^ フローティングブレックファーストは追加料金がかかりそうでした！思い出に残るステキな時間が過ごせました^_^

清潔なヴィラでスタッフの対応も親切で気持ち良かった。街中にあるがヴィラ内はリゾート感があり一歩外に出ると活気あるバリの生活が垣間見れてそれはそれで面白かったです。

ハネムーンで利用しました。お店のある道路まで近く、ビーチまで歩いていける立地です。カフェ&バーの料理が、安くて本当に美味しかったです。5泊滞在して、朝食を毎日、夕ご飯を2回いただきました。こまめに清掃していただき快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方はどなたも素敵な人たちでした。バリ島へ行く人がいたら勧めたいです。

お部屋もすごく綺麗で、大満足！！ご飯もとにかく美味しい！！美味しすぎて朝だけでなく、夜のルームサービスも頼みした。全て美味しいご飯でした。バリで食べた中で1番美味しかったです。スタッフの方もとても親切で笑顔でステキなホテルでした。らまたリピートしたいです。本当に本当に強いていうのであれば、ゴミ箱が部屋の中に欲しいという事と、鍵が内鍵をしなくてもいいようにオートロックだと楽だったかなと思います。だとしてもここのホテルはそれ以上に良かったです。

とても素敵な空間でした。英語の出来ない私ですが、翻訳機を使いながら、単語を並べて、スタッフが、頑張ってくれて、どうにか意思疎通は出来ました。お部屋は、いつも清潔に保たれていて、２回のハウスキーピング。プールも最高。プライベート感に充実していて、リビングの解放感も最高。立地も最高。ショッピングモールも、歩いて３分。食事も、ホテルのレストランや、徒歩５分で、レストランストリートが有り、もちろん日本食の店も、徒歩圏内。日本人は、少なかったですが、もったいない。こんなホテル、ぜひ、日本人も行って欲しいです。昨日、帰りましたが、もう、来年の予定をたてて、また行きたいホテルです。とにかく、最高な時間を過ごせました。スタッフに感謝です。朝ごはんも、メニューがたくさんあり、メニューは英語でしたが、どうにか、指差しと単語を並べて頼めました。味は良かったです。お昼も、毎日、利用してました。ガイドには、禁煙と書いてありましたが、リビングとプールは、喫煙オーケーでした。だいたいのレストランで、喫煙スペースが有り、愛煙家は助かりました。５度目のバリでしたが、１番良かったです

ゆっくりするにはビラ

いままでバリ島ではホテルに泊まるのが常でしたが、今回はプライベートな時間を確保したくてビラを探しました。時間をゆっくり過ごすにはビラは最高、特にサマジャはレストランが付いていて、なかなか素晴らしい。セミニャックの中心からも近くて便利。スタッフのホスピタリティが特に素晴らしくて、8日間の連泊でしたが快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

スミニャックスクエア極近で便利だけど、うるさい

スミニャックスクエアから5分以内に位置し、便利。部屋、バスルーム、プール共に広く、快適。キッチンはあるが、お湯を沸かす程度しか使えない感じ。泊まった部屋が一番手前の道路側だったため、車やバイクの音、隣のお店やお寺からの音楽と常にうるさかった。朝ご飯はいろいろ選べて、味も良かったです。

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wished the toilet was air-conditioned though as it's very humid and hot when you need to do your business. The reception area can do with some air-conditioning too as it's very hot and stuffy during check in.

Good for a short stay

I only stayed for one night. The little “villas” are nice. The enclosed bedroom is a decent size. I didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. The staff were friendly and the food from the restaurant was good. I had a massage included which was good. It is traditional Indonesian style so no private enclosed room, but was quiet and a good massage. My only complaint is the bathroom is not sealed off and there were ants and other bugs. It was also very hot.

When we first arrived we discovered that it was the street outside was too noisy for my husband and we requested that we move to the other side of the complex. This was done without any issues and very promptly. Thank you Royal Samaja. Once settled in to our 'new' Villa all was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were wonderful. I had two Balinese massages while we were there and Era was amazing. Once again thank you Royal Samaja for a great stay.

The staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were originally in villa 2 and after the first night, the noise was a bit loud from the road. I asked to be moved and the next night we were moved to villa 1 which was perfect. I would stay again for sure and would recommend.

The villas are in an excellent location, a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent, especially Santi who was so kind and thoughtful. The villas were kept spotless and were a welcome haven from the busyness. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Excellent accomodation and I would definitely stay here again .

Best place ever

This place is absolutely fantastic. It exceeded our expectations on every level. We didnt really know what to expect since its our first trip to Bali. The hotel arranged a pickup from the airport with a really friendly driver that took us to the hotel safely. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and professional. You really get the feeling that they care about you and want you to have a pleasent stay. The restaurant at the hotel is really good to. We ate there at least once a day during our 10 days there and we were very satisfied every single time. We had the villa with private pool and it was perfect to spend our honeymoon at. The cleaningcrew made a fantastic job every single day too. We could not have picked a better place to stay at. We highly recommend Royal Samaja Villas, it is one of the best places we ever stayed at. /Nils and Cajsa

Loved it

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay in a fantastic villa. The facilities were excellent and the villa was lovely and clean (but would benefit from a bit of a refresh in some areas). The private pool was a decent size. The villas are in a good location, just a short walk into town, with the beach also within easy walking distance. The greatest strength of the villas is the staff. They were so welcoming, friendly and attentive, with nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay there again.

My stay at the villas was amazing. It was my birthday on one of the days and the whole staff welcomed me in the morning with cake and sang happy birthday. The cafe staff also sent in a cut out watermelon with Happy Birthday. It’s a real family vibe from the staff. The room weee clean, location was great!! The staff were all ways there to help with transport or any needs you need. Thank you to the staff for making my stay at the villas the best.

Super friendly staffs and always at the attention of their customers. Helpful as well. They wet above and beyond my expectations for my first time in Bali and Indonesia. Even offered us many complimentary. The restaurant was nice, food and drinks were good. Also super friendly staffs and excellent live bands on performing nights. Loved my experience and stay.

My wife and I can't say enough good things of this property. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that our stay was amazing. A special shoutout to the hotel staff (specially Restu & Bagus) for all of their help and coordination! Awesome location & BEST STAFF

It was my 1st international holiday as part of a couple & royal Samaja villas was an excellent choice. It is in a great location about 250 mts from Seminyak square & the new shopping mall. The staff are the nicest & most competent ones you will come across. Happy to help & just lovely. The only thing that wasn't fantastic was the breakfast selection & that I HAD to make a choice of what I wanted & at what time the day before. It was a bit restrictive. Also the day bed needs a good clean as the cover was quite dirty. Other than this, would highly recommend this place especially for their lovely staff ,who are the best. They kindly sang happy birthday & presented me with a cake for breakfast. Stay here just for them.
