Our stay was ok although the location means that you have to walk quite a long way to get to the beach or to the main area of Seminyak where all the restaurants and shops are. It’s quiet enough although there was some construction work going on close by but the noise from the traffic on the main road was louder but not too disturbing. The place itself is comfortable enough, with the bed located upstairs on the first floor together with a bathroom. The layout was a little strange however as there was no sink in the bathroom and it was actually located outside of the small toilet downstairs. Overall it was an ok stay for the price we paid. The staff were nice and were helpful when the lock on the bathroom door jammed.

We paid for breakfast and they refused to serve us. We showed them our itinerary but they still refused. Only after contacting expedia 3 days out of a 7 day holiday they then provided us with breakfast. They did not apologise and did not make amends. Very dishonest!

Great location and great staff who were super helpful with everything that we needed. Minimart right outside which was so handy. The shower was a little mouldy but hard to stop with an indoor/outdoor shower, also couldn’t hang our clothes because the wardrobe smelt however this was not a big issue for us. Our biggest problem was the WiFi did not work in some parts and everytime you lock your phone you had to sign in again. For some people not an issue but for 20somethings like we are a little difficult. Overall great experience just remember it is a budget stay hence a few minor faults!

Very clean and Huge rooms, beautiful gardens and pool area. The loft style room made it a perfect stay for us with 3 people the third slept on the sofa. Breakfast was amazing and brought to your room when you want it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location was easy to get to seminyak, stores, market, etc. The room was filled with ants which really was a downside for me. I had to wear slippers and didn't feel comfortable half the time because of that. as they were all over the counters as well. The apartment also smelled. I wouldn't stay again because of those two things.

really nice people, welcoming and friendly. i checked out at 12.00, but flight wasnt until evening and they let me keep my stuff in room and shower before i left. very good value, plenty of space and comfortable bed.

The AW residence rooms were large and spacious, with good facilities (fridge, safe, shower, A/C). The only thing I would say that it is a bit of a walk from the Seminyak main strip, so if you want to be in the thick of things this is probably not for you. I don't mind the walk so I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great too!

There was a group of 5 of us who stayed here and we really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helped us with tours etc. the apartments were nice and very spacious. They had good cold aircon which was fantastic. Just generally a really nice place to stay we will be staying there again in the future!

It exceeded my expectations. Love the lush greenery surroundings and the feel of the place. WiFi was superb. Appreciate that there's a storage space and huge mirror in the bunk. The common area has a very relaxed vibe to it.
