Nice villa with private pool in Selva, in the Tramuntana Mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The house has 120 m2 and it is ideal for families or groups of friends, as it has 2 double rooms. Both rooms have a double bed. All rooms have AC, closet and enough space. There is one bathroom with bathtub in the house.

In the 30 m2 porch in front of the house there is a table with 6 chairs where you can have a pleasant breakfast. In the living room (with AC) you can relax on the sofas and surf the Internet (WIFI) or watch satellite TV. The open kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, coffee machine, gas stove and oven, fridge and a lot more. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board as well. Please, mind that pets are not allowed.

The plot has an extension of 3500 m2 that surround the house. The pool (8 x 4 meters) has a maximum depth of 1.8 meters. Next to the pool there is a BBQ and an area with 4 sun beds to enjoy the weather. The kids will be able to play in the lawn area just in front of the house.

The location is perfect, as you can easily reach any other place in the island. However, you will need a car – there is a bus stop 1 km from the house but it doesn’t offer very good service. In town, you will find restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The closest hospital is in Inca, 4.7 km from the house. In Inca you will find any kind of shops and restaurants (fresh fish, meats, Italians, tapas, tasting menu, sushi, traditional Majorcan food, etc.). As well as that, there is a local market on Thursdays and the town becomes a lively place.

In 20 minutes by car you can reach lovely beaches: Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor or Port de Pollença. We as well recommend visiting Cala Sant Vicenç and the beautiful town of Pollença. There, you can climb the 365 steps to El Calvari, where you will get fantastic views of the bay, the town and the mountains!
