「The host was responsive and the unit was clean. This location is very close to everything and perfect for someone that is in the Louisville area visiting. Small fenced in yard was great for the dogs. 」

「Great place. Parking is a little tough if you have a crew cab long box truck but we made it work. Comfy house, neighborhood was quiet. Easy access in the house. The only thing i could really recommend would be for the host to add a folder/binder containing wifi password and what to do with bedding, towels, and trash when we leave. 「We had a short stay to go to Churchill Downs for Thursday Twilight Racing. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. It was very cozy and felt like home. The location was great and a quiet area. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay at this house again and stay longer to enjoyed the patio.」

「The house was very clean and nice, very welcoming. The host was very easy to converse with, always answered my questions in a timely manor. The house was very well stalked with everything a person would need to cook and enjoy some relaxation time. I’d definitely stay again. Close to many stores and restaurants if you choose to eat out, or buy food to cook. 」

「We stayed here for one night while attending a show at Louisville Palace. We really enjoyed the stay. The house has been designed and decorated well. It’s fun to look at decor that is a nod back to KY history especially Louisville! Everything was clean, well kept and high tech. Thank you for the making our trip awesome! 」
