Spacious, comfortable apartment between Strasbourg and Colmar

Catering to the floor of our house with separate entrance.
Includes 3 bedrooms with beds made up on arrival, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven ..), lounge, dining area, s. d.b. (Bath and shower) with washing machine. Central heating and tax holidays included. Unfenced outdoor area with mob. garden, barbecue,, pg. pong, and garage.
Between Strasbourg and Colmar, the cottage is situated in mountainous 6 km of Villé, where is all the necessary amenities.
In the village: bakery, ice cream, cheese, distillery, farm inn

Close to the Wine Route, Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, Eagles' Park, Monkey Mountain ...

Gîte fortement conseillé. Les hôtes sont extrêmement chaleureux. Le logement est conforme à la description et parfait pour passer un séjour au calme. L'appartement est très agréable, tout à fait conforme à la description. Il est très bien aménagé, avec des meubles de qualité. Beaucoup de charme avec les poutres apparentes. Très pratique avec des enfants.(top la malle de jeux !) Tout est bien pensé, la cuisine est bien équipée et très bien fournie en vaisselle. Vraiment, c'est top ! Le cadre verdoyant est apaisant et sécurisé pour les enfants. De nombreuses activités pour les enfants dans la région. Séjour agréable au calme. Le gîte est bien équipé, confortable et très bien décoré. A proximité de toutes les visites et suffisamment proche de Villé, de Ranrupt et du champ du feu pour pouvoir profiter de plusieurs visites, randonnées ou commerces.Seul bémol, l'antenne de la télévision ne permet pas d'avoir une bonne réception, ni toutes les chaînes. Mais c'est un inconvénient qui peut être contourné en emmenant son ordinateur car la réception wifi est bonne.C'est en définitive un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Fantastisch

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de bovenwoning van Bernard en Emmanuelle. De woning is ruim, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een vaatwasser, wasmachine, bad, BBQ, enz. Bernard en Emmanuelle zijn zeer gastvrij en gaven goede tips om de omgeving nog beter te leren kennen. De woning is ook ideaal gelegen in de Elzas, zowel Colmar als Straatsburg zijn goed aan te rijden. De wijnroute is ook echt een aanrader. Van harte aanbevolen!!
