Was a pretty good hotel, but in need of refurbishment. There was a lot of yelling in the middle of the night on my floor the first night I was there, apparently from a family altercation. Also, the hotel doesn’t provide or have irons not ironing boards, which is not acceptable for a premium property

Könnte besser werden

Bin das zweite male in diesem hotel. Das zweite mal bin ich noch mehr enttäuscht. Das meer bzw das wasser war ziemlich dreckig. Sehr viel welle und ziemlich windig. Das zweite und dritte ist eigentlich nicht so tragisch aber das wasser war richtig dreckig und eher schwarz und nicht blau. Die welle hat den ganzen dreck mit an den strand genommen. Es sind kaum leute ins meer gegangen. Dafür war das pool sauber aber leider nie platz am pool bekommen, da viele ihre badetücher nachts schon auf die liege gelegt und fpr den nächsten morgen reserviert haben. Personal war nett. Bis auf paar, die nicht mal freundlich gegrinst haben und immer ein unfreundliches gesicht gezogen haben. Das essen war ok. Aber bitte erfindet auch mal neue kuchenschnitte. Vor 2 jahren hatte ich dieselben kuchen gegessen. Das zimmer war sauber. Nur das bad war meiner meinung nach nicht sauber genug. Zu wenig parkplätze. Obwohl es hieß: nicht mit strandkleider das restaurant betreten! Sind trotzdem viele mit badekleidern gekommen. Im al la carte restaurant hieß ea: nicht mit sandalen bzw badeschlappen kommen und fein anziehen. Trotzdem sind sehr viele mit flip flops shorts und tshirt gekommen. Kein mensch hat was gesagt. Dann hieß es noch. Kein essen aus dem restaurant rausnehmen. Trotzdem haben viele teller mit rausgenommen. In diesem hotel gibt es zwar regeln aber es hält sich keiner dran und kein personal sagt was. Eim drittes mal werde ich das hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Dejligt hotel med alt hvad du behøver

Hotellet er et dejligt all inclusive 5-stjernet hotel. Omgivelserne er rigtigt fine, og der er alt, hvad du behøver på hotellet - fra spabehandlinger til frisør, butikker og fitness center.

Hotel e' su una spiaggia vicino ad Efeso. Il servizio è buono ed il personale e' gentile e premuroso! Se cercate un hotel per rilassarvi lo avete trovato sia per la qualità del cibo che per il servizio oltre alle disponibilità delle piscine e della spiaggia!

ビーチの近くですが、空港からは少し遠い

４泊しました。値段は手頃ですし、眺めもそれなりにいいので気楽に泊まれるホテルだとは思います。トルコ風呂などもあり、リラックスをすることもできます。 プールがあるため子どもが多く、かなりにぎやかな印象があります。 食事は豊富ですが、満足できる肉料理はありませんでした。 周辺にはすばらしい観光場所もあるので、車で来ることができればとてもよいと思います。そうでなければ空港や町からはかなり離れているのでホテル内のみで過ごすことになってしまいます。

Angebliches 5 * Haus mit Billigsttouristen

Für eine Besichtigung von Ephesos hatten wir in dem vermeintliche 5-Stern-Haus zwei Nächte gebucht. Fazit: 1) Das Ganze war eine riesige Enttäuschung. Nach mitteleuropäischen Standards maiximal 2 Sterne. 2) Eine Nacht ist bei fast unerträglicher Hitze im ganzen Hotel die Aircondition ausgefallen, die zweite Nacht gab es kein Wasser. So ein Pech. Versuch, akonto dessen einen Preisnachlaß zu bekommen, schlug kläglich fehl. 3) Strand ist schrecklich verdreckt, das Meer ganz braun und ölig. 4) Essen eine Katastrophe. Es gibt zwar à-la-carte-Restaurants, die haben aber nur Bänke ohne Rückenlehne, wie in einem Bierzelt. Essensqualität im allgemeinen Restaurant wirklich erbärmlich, wir sind dann nach dem ersten Abend trotz vorausbezahlter Vollpension nach aussen ausgewichen. 5) Das Hotel ist eine "all-inclusive" Veranstaltung, die hauptsächlich von stark übergewichtigen Russen frequentiert ist. Das Haus könnte genausogut auf der Krim stehen. 6) Austattung der Zimmer ist sehr einfach, eigentlich zweistern Niveau.

We were there off season in the beginning of January 2013. The place and surrounding territories were completele deserted. We felt like in a ghost town. If you are planning to come off season, it is better to chose a hotel in downtown Kusadasi.

Surmeli Efes Hotel - Kusadasi Turkey

This hotel will be either excellent or disappointing. Excellent if you are looking for an all inclusive at competitive prices. Disappointing if you are looking for quality rather than quantity. Food is cold, sad and most of the times, tasteless. Not really representative of the real Turkish food. Hotel rooms would need an urgent upgrade. As the hotel is normally almost full of package tourists, all hotel facilities will be overcrowded. Do not expect much privacy or personalised service. But, if you are looking for an all inclusive hotel with a beach and non stop drinks, the hotel will be a good choice. Be aware that there is nothing around the hotel and getting anywhere requires transportation.

Very dramatic design to this hotel. A beautifull buffet in their main restuarant. The front desk is understaffed most times, short on English speakers and gives a poor inpression.
