Guest Pass Guidelines: One pass per person required. Anyone under the age of 5 does not require a pass. Requests for guest passes must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the guests’ arrival. A guest pass request form will be shared once the booking has been confirmed. A fee of $5 per pass will be charged for late requests or changes made with less than 7 days’ notice.

After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver. The rental agreement must be signed and we must conduct an ID check before providing check-in details. Welcome to beautiful Selbyville! We want you to have an amazing time in our little slice of paradise while ensuring our home stays in great shape for everyone. We’ve had some past issues in the past, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help! House Rules: No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed. No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest. Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. $65 per lost beach chair We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
