Perfect house

The villa is located very privately with a fantastic pool (deep). The house is super charming, clean and nice. Kitchen well equipped. Loved the many small outdoor places to sit and relax. The view from the house is amazing. Great communication with the owners and a nice little guide for all the things you need to know about the house.

Beautiful retreat in the Provence countryside

Le Petit Mas is an absolutely gorgeous retreat in the Provence countryside. The house, gardens and views of the Fayence valley are stunning and the location is perfect for exploring the nearby hilltop villages and their provencal markets, as well as for getting to other highlights in the region such as Grasse and Cannes. We had a fabulous family holiday here and were very sad to leave. Sophie, Magali and Stephane ensured we had everything we needed before we arrived and during our stay. Thank you for making our stay at Le Petit Mas so memorable.

Best Place to be

A lovely ancient farmer’s house, renovated with investment and taste. Wonderful surrounding in private, marvellous panorama view. Perfect host, easy and friendly in communication. The house is perfectly equipped, even for a critical client nothing to complain about. Thank you very much, this was certainly not the last time.

HEAVENLY !

Wonderful place! We had a fantastic time in this old house perfectly renovated. The garden is beautiful with terraces, flowers and beautiful trees and the view is breathtaking. The song of birds and cicadas cradled us at the edge of the large heated pool. Everything here breathes the calm and happiness of living. We left this house with sadness but for sure, we will be back as soon as possible.

Wonderful property, with lots of nooks & crannies outside to sit & relax, we have 2 grown up children who were afforded privacy in the two upstairs bedrooms. The open plan kitchen & lounge area is a great size, with an incredible view over the valley of Seillans & Fayence.The indoor kitchen opens on to an out door kitchen complete with gas burners & kitchen table (this is where we ate).The pool is a great size with sun loungers & fitted cushions/towels.For the two weeks we wanted for nothing, other than coming back for a further stay.

What an incredible home! Peaceful, beautifully presented, and with everything you could wish for to make a perfect holiday. We stayed for two weeks in August and couldn’t have asked for a better break. The house is wonderfully comfortable, the kitchen brilliantly equipped, and the air conditioning a real bonus. The pool is large enough for energetic young adults yet perfect for relaxed sunbathing and reading. Add in boules, table tennis, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of shady corners with stunning views over Seillans, Fayence and Tourrettes — just magical. Sophie, Magali and Stéphane made us feel instantly welcome and at ease. Thank you for such a restorative and memorable stay… we’ll happily be back!Quelle maison incroyable ! Calme, décorée avec goût et avec tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances parfaites. Nous avons passé deux semaines en août et nous n’aurions pas pu rêver mieux. La maison est très confortable, la cuisine super bien équipée et la climatisation un vrai plus. La piscine est assez grande pour nos grands garçons pleins d’énergie, mais aussi parfaite pour lire et se détendre au soleil. Ajoutez un terrain de boules, du ping-pong, une cuisine d’été et plein de coins ombragés avec des vues magnifiques sur Seillans, Fayence et Tourrettes — tout simplement magique. Sophie, Magali et Stéphane nous ont tout de suite mis à l’aise. Merci pour ces vacances inoubliables… nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Le Petit Mas ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das alle Annehmlichkeiten bietet: viel Platz, Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, grosser Pool, tolle Aussenküche, schöne Leseecken in und ums Haus, genügend Schattenplätze, Petanqueplatz, prächtige Aussicht, feine Bäckerei im Nachbardorf, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf,…. Wir haben unsere Sommerferienwoche in Seillans rundum genossen. Es war perfekt.

A little slice of paradise

We (3 adults and 2 children) just spent a magical 2 weeks at Le Petit Mas. The house is beautiful with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and the beds are comfortable. There are lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the incredible views across the valley to Fayence and the mountains beyond. I woke early to experience sunrise several times and it was spectacular! The pool is huge and really deep, we spent many days relaxing on the loungers surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. It was perfect and we will definitely return. There are so many beautiful little villages to explore nearby that we didn’t have time to see everything, another reason to come back next summer! Thank you Sophie and Serge for everything!

Vue magnifique pour une maison authentique

Nous avons séjourné pendant 5 semaines dans ce petit paradis de verdure avec une vue exceptionnelle, et passé un excellent séjour. Tout était authentique: maison de pierres, jardins d’oliviers et de mille espèces de végétaux, c’était absolument splendide. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et est extrêmement agréable à vivre. La piscine est grande et un vrai bonheur. Nous reviendrons prochainement. Merci

Sehr schönes Haus in der Provence

Dieses Haus hat perfekt für unseren Urlaub gepasst, es wurde an alles gedacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der tolle Garten um das Haus mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten sind wunderschön angelegt, und auch den Pool mit der tollen Aussicht haben wir sehr genossen. Bei Fragen hat uns Sophie immer direkt geantwortet und geholfen. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für das tolle Haus entscheiden.

Un paradis

Cette propriété est splendide: un mas décoré avec soin de façons élégante, charmante et pratique. D’une propreté irréprochable. Nous sommes partis en famille et il y a des espaces pour chacun. Le jardin est magnifique, grand, avec de multiples endroits où s’assoir pour profiter de la Provence, de ses senteurs et d‘un magnifique panorama. La piscine est très grande et très agréable. Tout y est pour passer un vrai moment de bonheur et de sérénité.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

Un séjour de rêve réellement, dans cet endroit magnifique. Nous aurions aimé y rester davantage pour profiter pleinement de cette belle maison et de son jardin. On se croirait dans un livre de Marcel Pagnol, la colline avec les pins, les oliviers sur les restanques, le cabanon et les murets en pierre, tout est d'un charme incroyable. Bravo aux propriétaires et un grand merci de la part de gens du nord qui ont pu vivre quelques jours comme dans un rêve "provençal".

Provence as we dreamed !

A few days out of the present. When you are at "Petit Mas", you forget the rest of the world, only a few lights on the horizon in the evening remind you that you are not alone in the world. Breakfast facing the panorama in the morning, lunch under the trellis in January !! Dinners in front of the fireplace… everything was perfect. Unforgettable stay, we will come back.

WONDERFUL

'Le Petit Mas' made our dreams come true and let us feel in paradise, even exceeding our expectations which were quite high due to excellent reviews and rating of the Property. We - a four-person family (kids 12y and 13y old) plus dog - booked last week, and had perfect weather conditions. The house is easy to find (if you don't blindly rely on your navigation system). The whole property is fully fenced which was quite confortable for us due to the curiosity of our dog. 'Le Petit Mas' offers all (or even more than that) what you need: a fully equipped kitchen (inside + outside area for bbq) including cooking stove, oven, dishwasher, plates and a broad variety of pans and pots of different sizes, plates and several cheese knives, TV and free WLAN and so on. The garden with all the stunning views is huge and has a lot of loung areas to relax, table tennis and - the highlight: a large pool which was simply fantastic (!). Definitely worthy of mention is the top cleanness of the property, pool etc. thanks to Véronique, the poolman, gardener. In Seillans (labeled as one of the most beautiful medieval villages of France) and Fayence you find everything you need: supermarkets (Super U La Fayence, Seillans has a smaller one), restaurants ... Information, practical tips and recommendations you also find At least once in your life you should have been at 'Le Petit Mas'. MERCI BEAUCOUP again to Sophie and all the team for this wonderful time.'

Sehr schön renoviertes Natursteinhaus im Olivenhain

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und gutem Geschmack renovierter "Mas" mit einsamer Lage, spektakulärer Aussicht und kristallklarem Pool. Zwei Schlafzimmer, schönes Bad sowie Fernsehzimmer mit großem Flachbildschirm im OG. Schlafzimmer mit Bad im ebenerdig liegenden UG (Hanglage), sehr schmale, steile Wendeltreppe. Erdgeschoss mit gut ausgestatteter offener Küche mit Terrassenausgang/Hauseingang, Wohnzimmer grosses Bücherregal, weiterer Fernseher, herrlicher Blick. Für uns (Familie mit erwachsenen Sohn und Hund) absolut ideal.

Excellent holiday in a great villa

Everything went smoothly, Sophie responded to any questions we had very promptly. Fantastic setting and villa had everything we needed for our two weeks. Pool was perfect. We even saw a wild boar on the way back from the village on our last evening - nowhere near the villa though!

A beautiful place !

My husband, myself and five year old daughter had the most wonderful stay at Le Petit Mas this summer. The location is extremely peaceful but you are not far from Seillans or other towns for shopping or eating out. The views from both inside the house and outside are beautiful and the house has accommodated this extremely well enabling you to enjoy it from many vantage points. Surrounding the house on different levels is a cared for garden with the lovely scents of jasmine, lavender and other plants. The house inside is very comfortable and has been restored so it has kept its original charm but is modern, light and cheery. The swimming pool is a perfect size for swimming and cooling off in and the temperature was suitable as there was a heat wave the week we stayed. Seillans is very charming village and Fayence nearby is also lovely to visit for the market and views.

Perfect hideaway

It is always worth traveling to Provence. Sophie's and Serge's house mirrors the beauty and serenity of its surroundings. Neat, well-equipped, remote and quiet with breathtaking views. The pool is fantastic - big and clean. The kids loved to explore the big gardens and were thrilled to carry out a family table tennis championship. Every single one in our small party of five truly enjoyed the two weeks. Don't miss out on the Lac de St. Cassien. We also recommend a gliding trip at the nearby airfield. Hoping to come back some time soon!

Very nice house in Provence
