Beautiful House with excellent garden and pool. Three bedrooms,
You will be staying in beautiful house with an enclosed garden full of shrubs, flowers, fruit trees and a pool. You are only 1 kilometre from the village of Seillans and 35 minutes from the coastal town of Cannes. There are plenty of surrounding villages to visit with excellent restaurants and sports such as riding, water sports on the Lac St. Cassein. The garden is self contained with an electric gate and plenty of space for parking. There is even a pizza oven and barbecue set next to the summer kitchen which faces the pool. There are plenty of villages to visit in the mountains near by and it is excellent for cycling. One bicycle available at the house for tenant's use. AND there is air-conditioning! Past tenants have said they didn't want to leave.
