Newly Renovated Muskoka cottage, steps to the water in the gem location of Muskoka - Little Lake Joe. Located in a quiet bay perfect for swiming. Take in the south/west views with all day sun from our spectacular boat house. Complete with bar fridge, kayak, canoe and paddle boat and boat slips. The cottage boast an open concept kitchen/dining/living with stone counter tops, 10 foot island, induction cooktop, wide plank floors and a large dining table perfect for your gatherings. Off this room is a spacious deck with bbq, large outdoor table with glass railings for you to take in the lake views just a few short steps away. This multi level cottage provides privacy for everyone and includes a basement games and TV room with walk out to the boat house. Consisting of two grand bedrooms on the top floor one with a king, the other a queen. Both complete with beautiful ensuites. Two additional bedrooms on the second level, one with two queen beds and the other with one queen bed. Laundry conveintly located down the hall. Bunkie sleeps an additional 2 guests. Minutes to JWS Marriot, bakeries, shopping, golfing and restaurants.

Great summer lake escape

Loved our stay on Little Lake Joe. Our host was amazingly friendly and helpful and super attentive to everything. The cottage was really great - handled our family and guests with ease and offered great views and perfect waterfront fun. Beautiful, well appointed newly renovated cottage - great bedrooms and bathrooms, really comfortable and comfy living/eating areas, great cook's kitchen - with all the amenities you need to handle larger numbers. Little Lake Joe was a nice quiet escape from the traffic of Joe and Rosseau, but also easy skip to all the on-water marinas. Had a really special time! Thanks Frank!
