Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig und modern mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (DM, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Penny,...) finden sich ein paar Kilometer entfernt in Seesen. Dort gibt es auch verschiedene Möglichkeiten, Essen zu gehen oder Kaffee zu trinken. Direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus gibt es die Möglichkeit, Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Insgesamt ist man aber schon auf ein Auto angewiesen. Besonders toll an der Unterkunft ist due Hundefreundlichkeit. Für unseren Hund lag schon bei Ankunft eine kuschelige Decke bereit und auch ein Napf war aufgdstellt. Leider hat unser Hund öfters gebellt aufgrund der ungewohnten Umgebung, aber auch dafür hatte die Vermieterin Verständnis. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und angenehme Ferienunterkunft!

Es war leider nur zur Arbeit auf dem Streetfoodfestival, in Seesen …. Gerne wäre ich länger geblieben …. Zumindest haben wir die Nettequelle entdeckt und sind zum Weltkulturerbe Bergwerk Rammelsberg u. Goslar gefahren ! Also der HARZ ist immer eine Reise wert. Und die Übernachtung in Herrhausen auch ❤️

Leider konnten wir die Reise nicht antreten, da unser Hund erkrankt war. Meine Bitte um eine kleine Erstattung wurde seitens des Vermieters nicht gehört.

We 3 friends enjoyed a lovely stay at this comfortable, quiet, spacious and well equipped apartment on the outskirts of Herrhausen hamlet. Excellent communication beforehand with the host, Melanie, responding promptly to my queries, albeit in German. Her mother lives in the apartment below so was on hand for our arrival from the UK, and kindly gave us some tinned meat and butter for a simple supper as there were no shops open in walking distance. (The nearby Tabak is open most mornings and stocks a few basic provisions, mainly tins and dried goods). Electrical sockets were plenteous in the living room. We were visiting for our choir tour, so walked in and out of Seesen most days, along the excellent footpath parallel to the road (we never saw a bus but there are a few each day to Seesen). Between rehearsals and concerts, we enjoyed local walks into the hills as well as exploring Seesen and the Harz Mountains and nearby towns. Seesen has some bus and train links for travel further afield. The Harz mountain area is fascinating and beautiful. 2 suggestions for improvement: 1. The nice waterfall shower never got warmer than lukewarm even after a patient wait. 2. A couple more pillows would be useful as the very fluffy pillows were comfy but had very little depth once compressed. Thankyou. We had a great stay and would certainly hope to return if needing accommodation in the area.

Es war eine schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden, Bad schön modern, Küche auch gut nutzbar und das Bett ist bequem. Was bisschen ärgerlich war, dass im Haus Hunde leben die viel Bellen und scharf auf Katzen sind, wurde nicht am Anfang erzählt ist natürlich bisschen unpraktisch wenn man den Urlaub mit seinen Katzen plant, da wäre eine Info schön gewesen aber es wurde viel Rücksicht darauf genommen und was das rausgehen betrifft im unserem Interesse gehandelt.

Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich, modern und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist leicht in ein gutes Bett umzubauen. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Nur die Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus ist nicht ganz ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Eine wirklich sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter verlief absolut problemlos. Gerne wieder wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind.
