"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. "Wir haben dieses Hostel nur für ein paar Stunden gebucht, um zu duschen, uns umzuziehen und kurz vor unserem Abendflug auszuruhen. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Badezimmer war extrem schmutzig, besonders die alten Seifen mit Haaren darauf. Es war unangenehm, überhaupt barfuß dort zu stehen.
