We have privacy curtains that light can pass through and where you can see outside. Then we have blackout curtains that block out almost all light. I am sorry that you experienced an issue with our housekeepers not making up your room. I am going to pass along your comments to my housekeepers as well. I hope that you were not too surprised from our nightly courtesy call. We like to check in with our guests to make sure that they are happy and comfortable before we leave for the night. It's disheartening to read that our wonderful front desk staff did not take care of you in the manner we are accustomed to take care of our guests. Could you please let us know what room you were in? I would like to find the box spring that has the snag on it, I know it can't be our mattress because we have memory foam beds. Please let me know. Thank you!

Nasty reviews like this should be taken down immediately. Your complaint was not ignored, the front desk agent spoke with you and your wife(the moment it "happened") and took a look at the pants. There was no tear or damage. I think we should leave it at that.

We try to help our guest as much as we can with an early check in if possible, unfortunately sometimes being a small property and not having rooms available early puts a tremendous amount of pressure on our incredible housekeeping staff to turn over the rooms. In all honesty we rather have the room clean and ready for check in time than have a small detail slip through that a guest would not like. Thank you!!

Thank you so much! Our location does make it easy to enjoy Sedona. We do have the carpets professionally cleaned every 3 months but maybe during our busy times we should make it a little more often, thank you for the suggestion!

Thank you!!! It's true that Sedona traffic does get congestd but with our great location you can walk to many attractions, such as Uptown, Tlaquepaque, Art Galleries and many many restaurants. Hopefully this made up for it! Thank you
