We had a really good stay overall and would definitely come back. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. They even provided a great pre-printed recommendation sheet for local dining, which was super helpful for finding decent spots around town. The location is ideal—it’s a very quick walk to several restaurants and a grocery store, and just a short drive to everything else in the area. Our room and the hotel overall were very clean. While the decor and amenities are slightly dated, everything was well-kept and comfortable. The pool was fantastic, and the breakfast in the morning was great. The only minor letdown was the gym. Both the treadmill and the elliptical were out of order, which was a bit subpar. However, they did have a working Peloton bike available. It was pretty neat to try that out for the first time! All in all, it was a great stay, and we would happily stay here again.

The building is a little old. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed is exactly as described. We stayed there only for one night so it was fine. But I would not stay any longer as the space was small and we have two boys. The only reason I deducted a star was because the bathtub has stain if some kind but I could tell they cleaned the room. Maybe that stain is permanent not sure.

I was nervous reading the other reviews, but we enjoyed our stay! We were there for 1 night and had a king room which was very clean and spacious, and really exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was decent as well. Thankfully, very pleasant stay for us.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Be prepared for a $15-$17 a night parking. The Staff was friendly, kind and courteous. The facility was clean and well kept. Overall, a 10 out of 10.

Overall we had an okay experience. The room was a good size for a family, breakfast was okay but was a good location. The front desk and breakfast staff didn’t ever say hello or greet guest. I understand with the fires happening they are probably stressed. The professionalism just wasn’t there. Mark on the other hand was super helpful and greeted us. Overall, an okay experience. Would I stay there again, not sure.

What I liked about this property is it’s central location in Sedona and the management did upgrade my reservation to one of their largest king suites for my birthday. What I didn’t like about this property is the grungy worn out interior, especially the main lobby and dining area. I have been to several Hilton properties before (including their Hampton brand) and this is by far my least favorite. The complementary breakfast was also underwhelming with very few options. Having said that, all the other hotels and resorts were twice as expensive or more. The old saying, “You get what you pay for” tends to hold true in most situations and this is one of them. If you want to visit Sedona on a budget and are willing to tolerate minimal hotel standards then this may be the place for you. Otherwise, spend the extra cash for a more premium experience elsewhere.
