Perched on a hillside with sweeping red rock views, this brand-new 8-bedroom, 4.5-bath Sedona retreat is a modern sanctuary built for connection, comfort, and inspiration! With designer interiors, spacious gathering areas, and thoughtful wellness touches like a sauna & soaking tub. Cathedral Vista House invites you to slow down and soak in the magic of the high desert!

This is more than just a home, it’s a place to gather, recharge, and make memories in one of the most stunning landscapes!

Inside, clean modern lines meet warm natural materials—creating an open, airy feeling throughout the home. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in, offering jaw-dropping views of Mammoth Rock and the surrounding red rocks from nearly every room.

Upstairs Level
-Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King bed, spa-style ensuite with soaking tub and walk-in shower, sitting area with fireplace and TV, private views.
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flooded with natural light and views.
-Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Smart TV.
-Bedroom 4: Queen bed, natural wood accents, Smart TV.

Downstairs Level
-Bedroom 5 (2nd Primary Suite): King bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower and double vanity.
-Bedroom 6: Queen bed, sunset-facing windows, clean modern styling.
-Bedroom 7: Queen bed, spacious, Smart TV.
-Bedroom 8: Full-over-full bunk beds and a Queen Bed. Private washer/dryer.

-Heated Pool (Pool Heat Fee = $150/day) & In-Ground Hot Tub (3 night minimum is required for the pool heat)
-Infrared Sauna tucked privately alongside the house
-Outdoor dining table & BBQ with Red Rock views
-Firepit surrounded by trees and starlit skies
-Direct access to nearby hiking trails

Whether you’re grilling dinner, watching the clouds shift across the cliffs, or sharing stories around the fire, the outdoor spaces at Cathedral Vista House are designed to ground you in nature and elevate your experience.

Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked owners and utility closets.

We are not located on the property but are available remotely or in-person as needed.

Uber/Lyft services are available but limited in Sedona. A car is recommended when traveling in Sedona.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.

We had an amazing time at this home! We had a group of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids (6-14) . Everyone had enough space. The pool was amazing and well heated! Big things I look for are cleanliness, comfortable beds and warm pool. This home definitely checked those boxes! Many hikes were close by which was great ! Very easy to communicate with the home owner. Will definitely book this home again next time we are in the area.
