Brand New 2 Bed/2.5 Bath Renovation, Centrally Located in Sedona

Our home provides easy access to everything that Sedona has to offer. No more than a few miles from everything, our brand new renovation will be your home away from home during your stay in the beautiful Red Rocks.

A large, open kitchen is the perfect place to cook meals and/or entertain family and friends. Guests can chat while preparing food from the bar seating area or the spacious dining room. Lots of seating for everyone. Indoor seating not enough? The large patio area has more seating to enjoy your meal outdoors.

Off the kitchen is a great seating area with a TV to watch DirecTV, or to just relax on the large couch. Not interested in TV, there is ANOTHER seating area to chat and discuss all the great memories you have made on your Sedona vacation.

Both bedrooms have new kingsize beds for a great night sleep. Private, spacious bathrooms make each room feel like an escape from the common areas in the home.

This home has everything you could hope for in a vacation rental in the Red Rocks -- including a Red Rock Pass for all of your adventures.

Wonderful House and Host

Beautiful house, backyard is built for entertainment, quiet residential neighborhood near everything. House was fully stocked with ample towels, toiletries, paper products, never ran out. Very easy communication with Host Jay, and check-in and check-out were easiest we've seen. Great stay.

Great Location, Great for Two Couples

This is a spacious very well located and nicely updated property with two king bed suites. There is centrally located kitchen and dining area with a view out towards a pleasant stone patio and the beautiful red rock mountains beyond. Very good communication with the property manager too.

Perfect Place

The house was perfect for our family if 4. Its location and view was incredible. The house was beautiful and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and towels were even notably soft! The showers were awesome. The host was quick to respond and made it easy to check in as checkout. Would recommend and hope to return!

Great Location and Home

Great location for hiking trails, Uptown Sedona. Very relaxing and quite neighborhood. We liked the outdoor areas the home had. Super large kitchen and well stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very easy to work with and responsive! We had a group of 2 couples and we all enjoyed our time in Sedona!

Very nice vrbo

We had an excellent time staying at this VRBO. The 2 areas for improvement that I’d recommend would be the water heater only lasted for ~10-15 minutes total, which was challenging with 4 guests. The floor was also somewhat dirty and needed a more thorough sweeping/vacuuming on arrival.

Amazing relaxing secluded

Very enjoyable stay, great space, excellent amenities and quality of accommodation. Only one ding for not having a kettle when the description clearly said "tea making facilities" Being a Brit I breathed a sign of relief thinking they would be a kettle...but alas there was not, so resorted to the classic boil water in pot on stove in the US approach. Small knock on an otherwise excellent property - would book again.

A+ Beautiful

This property was comfortable and beautiful, exactly as advertised. We were welcomed with a gift basket including a bottle of wine and snacks. The house is nicely decorated and the backyard includes a propane fire pit. The location is convenient to everything but is also quiet and private. The property manager was attentive to our every need. Highly recommended!

Friends getaway

Stayed here for 6 nights. Two adult couples visiting from Ohio to do some hiking and sightseeing. We had a spectacular time. The place was in a great location in West Sedona. Very close to the Airport Mesa for beautiful sunrise views. A very quiet neighborhood and it was easy to find. The house was spacious and clean. The beds, linens, and towels were high-end hotel quality. We loved sitting around the fire pit in the evenings and watching the sunset. Access to laundry facilities was a big plus!

Amazing View & Location

We had the best time in this location. We were attending a wedding down the street and this was a great location. It also gave as a great place to congregate with other family and to spend some time together. It was more then enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. My nieces were happy to extra bathrooms to get ready in. The view is beautiful and it was clean and better then expected. We even got to see a pack of javelinas come by one morning. Close to hiking and town. Thanks for an amazing stay! My parents are eyeing this rental for the next vacation in Sedona.

Beautiful Property with Great View

The photos accurately represent the property. Beautiful home. Conveniently located. Comfortable beds. All appliances and resources were excellent. Unit was not very clean, needed to be swept and mopped as our socks were immediately dirty from one walk through the house…this issue would be easily remedied with a thorough cleaning between guests. Upon our arrival, we discovered soaking wet outdoor lounge cushions stacked on cabinets in master bedroom suite. We used multiple towels to clean up the mess we walked in to find and set the cushions out to dry.
