Pros: Property was very new and clean. Great communication from owner. We actually had reserved another house, and the owner messaged me the day of and said it was having air-conditioning issues and that she was able to send us to another property right next-door. Was very thankful for this accommodation. Cons: Community pool has a $5 per person fee associated; as previous reviewer said, beds were very hard. Also, not a huge deal, but could have used some more kitchen items- cooking sheet, larger bowl, etc. Overall- would highly recommend.
