"Antonio ( Enzo ) is a great host. If there was anything missing, he was able to help all the time. The Location is in the mountains were you can enjoy a lot of silence. The pool was always clean and in good condition. His little trattoria offers great local food. And his pizza is the best ! There were plenty of opportunities of sideseeing all around and the sea is only 20-25 minutes away. We would really like to come back someday. Thanks for a great time Enzo."

"The owers super nice! Clean ans affordable would definitely book again . The only thing I would look to improve is communication. "What can I say? We like the property so much. We decided to add another night. Couldn’t think of the better location. Close to the beach right around walking shopping eating area. When we booked the hotel, the guide said that sheets are not available, which was kind of weird. However, I am so glad that we decided to go on ,and take a chance anyway. The bedding in the apartment , and everything else is stocked properly. There was an easy parking for €15 a night and what really made us very happy...

"Excellent staff and property. Breakfast was fabulous. We booked here to walk Cinq Terre and it was so handy by train. The village also had lots of bars and restaurants. Parking a little tricky but secure and under the hotel. A lift which is great from car park to room. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you "

"Beautiful property nestled in the hills of Menton. It had all amentities that were needed. Miguel was very patient with our lack of French. The 300 m hike (as it was a hike) back to the house from the coast is not for the faint at heart but good to help refresh after a food filled day in town! Would go back for sure!"

"Fantastic place! The house was amazing. Very clean, lots of space and it had all the amenities you could ever need, including internet. The surrounding area was very beautiful with gorgeous panoramic views of the Italian alps. The area is very quiet and peaceful during the day and the evening. If you have a car there is a nice cafe with delicious Italian coffee and pastry about 10 minute drive and there is grocery shopping and the train station and the sea about a 20 minute drive so this house...

"... sehr authentisch und sehr schön. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen aber doch für künftige Interessenten: Dass es praktisch kein eigenes Grundstück gibt, sodern nur ein kleiner Streifen von der Straße vor dem Haus durch Blumenkübel abgegrenzt ist und es im Hau nur schmale, steile Raumspartreppen gibt, hätten wir gern vorher gewusst."

"Really nice Hotel. We stayed in the sea view room. Only complaint was the hotel hadn’t yet turned on the air conditioning so our room was so hot at night and we had to open the door throughout the night, which was very loud and meant disturbed sleep!"
