Stay within walking distance to many delicious restaurants in the area, short walk to street car station and easy access to Capitol Hill Station.
The space

You will have the whole space for yourself. Several things to note:

(1) The bed is located at the loft. Ceiling for the loft is under 5 ft
(2) Washer, dryer and kitchen are part of communal area and there is one in every floor.

Other things to note
- Washer and dryer are shared among the other residents, and require an app and card to use.

- The larger, full size kitchen is shared among other residents in the building. The kitchenette is private and in your unit (microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker w/ coffee + sugar provided) We do provide pots/pans/cooking utensils.

- There is no designated parking for the building at all, not even myself. You will have to find street parking or use the paid lot near us.

-The bed is in a loft style, you need to climb a short ladder to reach it.
