We were here for my neices wedding. I really wanted to give this 5 stars. 4.5 would be more appropriate. First of all, this house is huge. It has hardwood floors, and modern amenities. Of course, the first thing I look for is cleanliness and it definitely checked that box. This place is only about 15 minutes from the airport and has great freeway access to get to anywhere in the Seattle area. It has ample parking for 4 cars. It has a great open area upstairs that provided ample space for the bride's party too get ready. It is pretty well stocked and the knives are sharp. You can tell the owner has put some money into this, so any criticism is being a little nitpicky, my suggestions for the owner are as follows:1. Needs more forks2. Needs cereal sized bowls3. Needs juice glasses, and just more glasses in general that match. 4. Basically for a place that sleeps 16, it needs at least 16 place settings for people that what to cook at the VRBO. 5. Upstairs master bath shower has a leak, tub needs to be painted with touch up. 6. Not sure if this is by design, but there is a massive Boulder as you try to pull into the driveway which creates a very awkward turn into the closest stall. 7. The light switches need to be labeled and light bulbs checked. Several switches either didn't work or weren't attached to anything we could see. 8. I would recommend adding rugs next to the sinks in the bathrooms. Tile is nice, but cold on the feet!9. An extra bed blanket!

This place is likely the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The beds are very comfortable, the couch and chairs are also very comfy. The kitchen is huge with room for a few cooks at a time. The dinning room table and chairs were great. There was even a second living room we didn't use. We will definitely stay here again.

Cleaners could have done a better job. There were things left from previous tenants( Rappers, Toothpaste cap in the sink,), Couple door handles were loose and one actually came off, There is a light in the Master bedroom that is flickering, And I don't know how long the garbage and recycling has not gone out. But they were both full when we got there. I put them on the curb Tuesday night. The garbage was emptied but the recycle is still full So I left it on the curb. Other than These small trivial, it was a very enjoyable stay and perfectly adequate for our needs.

This was a great place to stay. Had 9 adults and 1 child for a family wedding in Seattle. Plenty of room to spread out. Tommy was responsive to my questions. Nice neighborhood. Very clean, though white carpet and furniture probably needs a deep cleaning(white is tough for a lot of traffic obviously) I would definitely come back!

Came up to Seattle for a family reunion. Nice big house with enough room for our group. Owner was very responsive and made sure that any concern we had was promptly resolved. Nice home for large groups. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space.

Tommy is a great host and the property was amazing. The property was very clean and well put together. We had a large party stay with us for our vow renewal on our 25th anniversary. We all came from different parts of the country to Seattle and Tommy was very accommodating.

Very close to shops/stores and just 15 minutes to Sea-Tac. We had a large group of 11 family members and we had plenty of room. Ample parking as we had several rental cars (2 car garage plus driveway parking). Very comfortable home.

Other than the traffic, this is one of the best vacations me and my friends had to date. Its strategically located close to the airport, making it easy to get to and from the airport. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, answering any question quickly. Then the house, absolutely a dream to stay in. Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for my family. We originally planned for 12 people, but that dropped to 6 as the trip approached. But either way, it would have been perfect for us. It was spacious and open, but all of us had a considerable amount of privacy and space to find quiet moments to ourselves. The location was more than perfect, it was an act of Providemce. We arrived in Seattle during the 2022 winter storm and we were iced in without food for the first day. Some of us were able to walk to the grocery store and back within an hour to actually eat and keep from eating the children haha! It was also conveniently located to the mall and shopping centers in Renton, along with easy access to the freeway to Seattle. We visit Seattle often and this will definitely be our go to rental on all of our family trips there!

We stayed at Tommy’s for my son’s wedding! Such a great location and lots and lots of room. We would stay again and again!! The only problem we had was after I booked the property, I had some other questions. Tommy wasn’t very prompt in getting back to me.

Perfect amount of space for our large family! Located just outside the city with easy access to get to things quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great! The only thing we had an issue with was there was no can opener which presented a problem when we tried to make dinner 🤣 but we made it work! The outdoor patio is great and the kids loved having Netflix on all the TVs and it was great for the adults that there was an extra living room for them to hang out on their own! Would definitely recommend!
