This place was the perfect location-the owners live upstairs and are very respectful of having guests downstairs. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Pleasant stay in Seattle

Everything was as described on the website. We did have a couple of minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by the manager. The location is very convenient to downtown and is located very close to a major bus line. All in all we would stay here again and recommend this location to other people.

Updated Basement Apartment

The listing says 2-bedroom home. It does have 2 bedrooms, but the space is an updated basement apartment. Each room has a window well for light. I would not call it spacious, but it does have adequate room for 4 people. One of the bedrooms is very small, just a little larger than the bed. The decor is modern and very pretty. There are outdoor steps going down to the entry, so this would be an extremely difficult property for someone with mobility issues. The steps are somewhat steep with wood tiles on them. Pretty, but required my full attention when descending. The host seemed very nice and did not intrude on our stay. It is in a great walkable neighborhood and because it was close to our son's home, it was extremely convenient.

Cleaning crew and VRBO

We could not use the coffee maker because old grounds have spilled into the ring around the mechanism and are inaccessible to cleaning this electric device. The shelves in the refrigerator were not cleaned. We would suggest having a plumber check the bases of the toilets which slightly wobble on the tile floor. For VRBO. You might want to send the instructs for checking out at the beginning of the stay. I received them after we had left at 11am.

Lovely stay in Seattle

The location was fabulous! Beautiful ,secure neighborhood with ample parking. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Our hosts checked in to make sure we were comfortable and not in need of anything. Would love to return to this same property
