Please clean up the grill after each use
If you can, please help us to wash/dry used towels cause it takes a long time to dry. It will save the cleaning crew a lot of time. If not, it is all good :) We will take care of it. Thank you so much

Ours is a quiet neighborhood. There are no parties allowed and quiet hours (10pm to 7am) must be respected.
- Quiet hours: please keep it down between 10pm to 7am no loud talking, loud music, etc, especially ON THE DECK and the backyard.
