If you're visiting to attend a Seahawks', Sounders', Mariners' game or a concert, this is a really convenient location. Lumen Field is just a short 9 min drive from this home. If you are taking a bus, route 5 stop is only a 4 min walk and will get you within walking distance of the Stadium.

If you are planning to explore the areas outside Seattle, this home is 1-2 hrs drive from Whidbey Island, Bainbridge Island, Deception Pass, Mt Rainier, Leavenworth & many more attractions

**PLEASE NOTE:
(Feb 2023) Recently a construction has started in the neighboring lot . They have blocked some adjacent street parking for construction reasons. We have a dedicated parking spot on the driveway, which will be yours to use during the stay. There are offsite parking spots in the neighborhood as well. About noise concerns if any, we visited the home during different times of the day and night and haven't heard any noise inside the home. However, this is not in our control and we expect some hammering and sawing noise related to the construction. The construction does not block access to the home in any way.
