Gorgeous views and great location. Our family had a comfortable stay here. Host was friendly and accommodating. Street parking was easy to find. Only thing to keep in mind is there is no AC. With the fans and windows open, it felt cool enough for us. Overall a pleasant stay!

Excellent location, beautiful apartment

We came to Seattle as a family, without a car. The apartment was exactly what we needed, with lots of light, a beautiful view of the Space Needle, comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The location couldn’t have been better with so many buses and points of interest within walking distance. The weather was great during our stay so we were able to use the pickleball court downstairs!

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for two nights before a cruise. We loved having two full bathrooms. The location was great. We had lots of food options and were able to walk to pike place and the space needle. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Seattle.

We stayed in this same complex last year, so were familiar with the area. This unit was clean and functional. Not too many restaurants very close but not too far a walk to several. Only 5 mins to Space Needle.

Lovely Place in a Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay in Seattle so much and the location of this property was a big part of that. I was in Seattle for work but staying here allowed us to enjoy some of the culture in the city and the many great restaurants. We loved the Pink Door down by Pikes Place Market for seafood and pasta. Dukes Seafood in South Lake Union has amazing clam chowder and crabcakes, and Bocca's pizza has the largest slices of pizza I have ever seen. We also enjoyed the Smith Tower tour and the cocktails at their rooftop bar. All of this was within walking distance from the condo. It is a fantastic place to stay - great beds and had everything we needed.

Great time and great stay

Came into town to watch some baseball. The location was located centrally to where we wanted to be saving us the need for a rental car. Lyft and Uber were great options and we had quick response. Pizza places were between the Space Needle and our unit. A good cup of coffee was just a few steps away. Ashley was very responsive to any requests. Thanks for a good time!

Great location to explore the city

My family and I stayed here for a few days before leaving on a cruise. The location is perfect! A short walk to the space needle and other must see sights. It was unusually hot is Seattle for our stay and the AC unit could not meet the demand. (We didn’t mind but it worth a mention this in case that is a need). Beds and comfy, kitchen is adequately stocked and the owner was attentive to our requests. A great place to stay for a visit to Seattle

Very easy check in and the condo was clean. Stocked kitchen. Phenomenal view of the space needle and you really feel like you are in the urban hub of the city. Can walk almost anywhere. Property owner was very quick answering questions and had a polite tone. Our daughters loved the loft bedroom space as a unique hang out area. Only ding is parking is not included. This was not totally clear in the listing. Be prepared to juggle parking spots or to find a longer paid parking garage solution.

Light and airy, terrific location

We were two couples so having separate spaces (one bedroom / bathroom each on separate levels) was very suitable. The rooftop terrace was amazing! Our only disappointment was some plumbing issues in both bathrooms which we’ve informed the owner of so we assume these will be fixed for future guests. Also, if a fan could be fitted in the downstairs bathroom (it gets very steamed up unless you leave the door open) and the closet emptied so guests could hang clothes (during our stay it was full of housekeeping goods and linens) the property would be terrific.The apartment building was very quiet although the outside location could get very noisy overnight. It’s in a great spot with easy walking downtown, to the Space Needle, convenience stores and restaurants (especially along 6th Street) but it is in a somewhat eclectic spot so be prepared to encounter a wide range of people! Overall it was a very enjoyable stay! Thank you Ashley.

We had the best stay in Seattle! This property was great! Had all the kitchen essentials, comfortable beds with clean fresh bedding, towels/shampoo, conditioner and soap. Shower with great water pressure. Close to everything! Did not need a rental car except for a day to head to Mt. Rainier National Park. The beauty of this place is endless and well with the drive!! Otherwise able to use public transportation everywhere else. Remember you are in the city so there will be noise during the night. Super easy to get in touch with the owners with an immediate response/solution. Great stay and will definitely be back again.

Excellent apartment for short stay in Seattle

Apartment is well located in a leafy area of Seattle, 5m walk to the space needle and about 30m walk to pike place. It’s very well equipped with utensils and the second bathroom is a huge bonus. We loved it, very comfortable and cannot fault it.
