"There was no hot water for showers. I had to take a very luke warm shower. If I had know the water was not going to heat up I probably would not have showered. Two more in my party declined to shower because of the water temperature. The hotel sent up an "engineer" who turned on the hot water in both the sink and tub with the explanation that the hot water had to travel quite a distance. He walked out leaving the "hot" water running. After approximately 5 minutes of the water running there was no difference in temperature. Things were great until then. But I do expect a hot shower with my accommodations."
