With a walk score of 98 and a ride score of 100, you can easily explore all that Seattle has to offer. You will have access to the entire unit as well as the building’s rooftop. Washer and dryer located in-unit is free and will also be accessible for guest use. Check-in will be contactless but the host is always available for questions/recommendations via text or call.

Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. You'll be required to pay for a $35 Damage Waiver or you have the option to Pre-authorize up to $500 to be charged in case of accidental damage with a Non-refundable $15 transaction fee, in addition to the reservation cost.
