Originally built in 1888, your updated hideaway blends historic charm with modern comforts and thoughtful extras. This 2-story plus basement home is perfect for exploring Seattle!

Cozy up by the gas fireplace after fun-filled days on the town or watch movies on the 40" TV. Whip up delicious in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with top-quality appliances and sleek granite countertops. The dining area is a great place to eat and chat and the 2 living areas are perfectly designed for relaxation and socializing.

All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king and a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 1st guest bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have a 32" TV and dedicated workspaces - which is perfect for those working from home!

The enclosed backyard is ideal for relaxing by the wood-burning firepit after a day of exploring. The beach is less than two miles from the home.

An ensuite washer and dryer located in the basement, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, and 3 driveway spaces are all provided during your stay!

*Parking for 3 vehicle is free. For additional parking, there are several paid parking options within 8 - 15 minutes drive from the house. Republic Parking (Puget Sound Plaza Parking Garage) at 315 Union St is one of the secured underground parking within 13 minutes drive for a cost of 30-40 dollars a day.
