However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

The Commons at Seaside are the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Our vacation homes are located on the beautiful Mill Pond in Seaside, OR. where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise over the pond and walk to the hustle and bustle of the Seaside Promenade. Each of the 24 homes in The Commons has two king en-suite bedrooms and is equipped with a full yet compact kitchen. All homes have indoor fireplaces and smart TVs to stream your favorite programs and WiFi. Every guest at The Commons is able to join others in the common area for a pick-up corn hole game or to relax by the outdoor fire pits. Our pool and spa building is still under construction.

Large Homeless population
Well we thought it would be great but its located right next to Les Swab off the hwy. Theres a path right behind the houses...like we could shake hands with the homeless folks walking by. We so wanted to walk about the lake but in the first 2 hours of our stay we counted 11 different homeless people, one who was taking tent poles into the woods about 65 ft from the house we were in. This made it feel pretty unsafe. I would hesitant to stay there again.

Beach Vacation
Our little family had the best time while staying here. The location was great to access different beaches and shopping. The property was a great reprieve after being tired from adventuring. Very clean and easy to cook in. We would love to come back!

Relax At the End of the Day
Great place away from the hustle and bustle. We wanted a place where we could relax after a day of sightseeing and beach play and this was perfect. The doors opening onto the deck with the firebowl gave us a very large living space for eating and relaxing in the evening. Our family of six (including three teenagers) had plenty of room to prep food, shower after the beach, and separate for sleep. The house was bigger in person than it looked in pictures. All the necessities were easily visible when we needed them. Would stay here again when we get back out to Oregon.

Perfect cute getaway!
Super cute place! Loved sitting out on the deck and looking at the pond! Very peaceful. We couldn’t find the WiFi password and the tv didn’t work but we were fine with that. Suggest putting in a towel hook in the upstairs bathroom.
