Seaside bungalow

We had an amazing stay! Host was responsive and very pleasant. The house was so cute and perfect for our week stay! Centrally located, safe, and quiet. Can’t wait to come back again to visit soon!

Graduation celebration!

Wonderful place to stay. We were celebrating my son‘s graduation from CSUMB. Had a wonderful time. House was very cute and everything we needed was there would definitely come back again.

Lovely and charming home!

This is a lovely home that was very comfortable to stay in. Modern and clean kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathroom- it had it all! It's a very sweet house and just 15 minutes or so away from downtown Monterey. A great home base to explore the area.

Beautiful Location For Car Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Car Week 2022. Close to the action (especially Exotics on Broadway!) and tons of great food in the area. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend

We had an amazing time in the little bungalow. We were a short car ride from everything we needed and enjoyed our time in Monterey. The little house was clean, well equipped and made our little getaway with a toddler less stressful as the house was perfect. The hosts are great. Super responsive and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, relaxing, nice finishes and household items. Beautiful touches with live plants all around and a small garden in the back yard. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We will definitely request to stay again next time we are in the area.

Big on amenities for a small house

We loved staying in this charming little house in Seaside! The big kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home and save some money. The bed was very comfortable, and all the windows made it bright and airy. Parking was tight but all the neighbors really respected each other’s space in front. The location was perfect for getting the beach and over the Monterey. Sadie is a great host!

Delightful Seaside Cottage

The cottage was very comfortable and clean. It had all the necessary comforts of home. We were attending a dog agility trial so it was so nice to relax at the cottage after being outside all day. The front and back yards are small but fenced for the dogs. The yard surface is bark.

Short Getaway

Owner has done a wonderful job of updating the house even having HVAC installed. The area is "old" and there's a lot of street parking but the house has a short driveway for 1 car. The fenced in back yard was good for our dogs.

Great little bungalow

We enjoyed our stay this summer at this adorable bungalow. It provided us with all of our needs; bath and beach towels, clean kitchen area, adorable seating area, garage filled with baby essentials if needed. This is a small space but exactly as pictures shown. My only complaint was no paper towels provided. An easy 15 minute drive to downtown Monterey making these accomodations much more reasonably priced. The property manager responded quickly with any questions and/or concerns. A great home base for exploring this area of California.

Nice Bungalow

Overall a great place to stay. We had 2 adults, a 16 yo son, a 12 yo daughter and 2 small dogs. My son slept on the pull out sofa and the only negative about it was that there weren't any extra full sized blankets in the house for someone sleeping on the sofa. My son is 6 ft tall and had to use multiple lap blankets to try to cover himself when he slept. He made it work but it wasn't ideal.
