Great Location

Stay was wonderful, location was perfect. The only downside was the check in process, which I believe had more to do with the management company rather than the rental itself. Upon arrival you are required to fill out a sheet front and back of every flaw in the apartment, including Carpets, ceilings, furniture, baseboards, cabinets, you name it. Not only is this not the way you want to start a vacation, but it Makes you aware of every flaw in the apartment. For example I would have never noticed the ceiling flaws in the kitchen or the carpet flaws in the master bedroom but because I had to do this inspection I was aware of all the areas that needed addressing.

Great place!!

The location was awesome!! Really close to the ocean as well as shops and restaurants. The management is very friendly and communicative. The apartment is well equipped and comfy. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect Beachside Rental

The location and view couldn't have been better. We could walk to attractions, and were steps from the beach. The space was large, and offered more than expected. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was responsive and friendly. And traveling with kids, it was just easy, start to finish. We will book again.

we came for a beach volleyball tournament. The location is fabulous. We walked everywhere we went. The view is decent. We had a great time.

Best Location!

We love Seaside and we love this property. We have stayed at other units, but we really liked the accessibility of the ground floor and walking right out the back door to the beach. We were able to keep our sand toys and chairs right outside the door for easy beach access! We will def be back!

Wonderful Vacation

Great location. Within walking distance to beach and downtown area. Unit was just as described. It was only two of us so the 1 bedroom was perfect. We had a little issue with our door code not working to get into the condo but a quick phone call and that was remedied.

Better than expected!

This place was amazing. Huge yard in the back with birds. Great view of the ocean (which was nice because it rained the whole time!) and that projector and tub were a nice touch. Definitely coming back.

Fantastic Seaside getaway

Fantastic Seaside getaway Beautiful condo right on the beach. Stayed for a long weekend. Had all the amenities I could ask for. Especially loved the view, the fireplace and the Jacuzzi tub. Will definitely be back

Returning guest and will come back again

We love this unit , the location and layout, the comfort and ease of check in. We’ve stayed twice and will definitely return again. This home has been a safe haven for us during 2 very sad times in our lives. It’s been our escape.

Perfect spot

We stayed here for 3 nights in February as we were looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway at the beach. The overall Process and attentiveness from The property manager was flawless. The home is comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable. Location is perfect. We will be back for sure.

Seaside Volleyball 2019

Condo was great. It was perfect for our time in Seaside for the volleyball tourney. Everything was as described and we will definitely book again.

The property is beautiful. We were missing an outdoor chair, so only had seating for one. The only complaint was waiting for management to check us out. I’ve never had to do that with a VRBO property.

Great property, location and customer service

Great one bedroom condo. Had all the needs for our stay and would stay again. Would prefer a unit not on first floor as you. Are kind of on display with blinds open. Having blinds that opened top down would help
