Great location and big fenced in back yard for privacy. The layout of the house held is all comfortably and felt spacious with a front living room and a second one at the back of the house.

The property was perfect! I was able to have family and friends visit for the 4 weeks there. Private, nice yard loved the grill outdoor shower and parking for 3 cars was a bonus! Had perfect weather, walking distance to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. So grateful to Matt, his response on a small issue was immediate. Thank you, would definitely do again.

The setting for a beautiful beach vacation

The property owner was super responsive - answered all my questions immediately. The location is picture-perfect right next to the boardwalk and beach. The backyard sitting area and grill were great. We had so much fun and plan to repeat our beach experience next year in the same house, making more wonderful memories.

Great Stay

There were 2 adults , 2 kids and 1 dog and we had a great stay at the house. The house was clean and in good shape. I really enjoyed that they had a table where all of us can sit for dinner as we do at home. The yard was a nice size for the dog. The location was great, before getting there I was worried it would be too close to the action and loud but it wasn’t and it was the perfect distance to the boardwalk and the beach. Lastly, the communication with Matt was excellent. I had a few questions as the date approached and Matt answered them so quickly and politely. You can tell Matt cares about the rental and we enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended!

Cute, clean, and comfy!!

This was our first time to Seaside Heights and we had a blast!! The house was super cute and clean. Very comfortable for us and our dog who loved hanging out in the back yard in the sun. Our friends joined us for a few nights and loved it as well. It’s literally a half block to the beach with plenty of places nearby to eat and drink (dog place friendly includes!). Matt was very quick to respond to messages. We definitely recommend staying here for a fun, beach vacation!!
