Welcome to the first-floor unit of our beautifully renovated Seaside Heights beach home – just a 5-minute walk from the beach and boardwalk. This unit is fully disability accessible and thoughtfully designed with luxury finishes for a comfortable and stylish Jersey Shore vacation. We provide linens, bathing & beach towels, 2 Season badges are available, (Savings $30 a day) & 2 beach chairs.

No parties, proms, or graduation.

No pets must be 25 years and older to book.

Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
Smoking inside the home will incur a $500 fine. When using the grill clean after use $50 cleaning fee will occur. Must be 25+ to rent
