Beautiful and Cozy Beach Block house. We are new owners to this property and its first time usedfor rentals.. Steps from the beach and boardwalk.
ABSOLUTELY NO PROMS!
Ground Level is a 2 car garage with back yard access

1st Floor is large eat in Kitchen and Dining room. There is a large entertaining and living room space with access to front deck with views of boardwalk and beach. Great spot to watch Sunrise/Sunsets and the Casino Pier fireworks. Full bathroom, washer and dryer as well as a large rear deck with access to large backyard.

2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms sleep 10 in total. All bedrooms have Smart televisions. Rear bedroom has access to private deck over looking backyard.

Kitchen is fully equipped.

2 car Garage with backyard access. 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella. Small cooler for your use.

8 beach passes ($75.00 replacement fee)
1 parking pass besides the garage. ($350.00 Replacement fee)
4 Bikes for guests to use at their own risk.
We supply fresh linens , comforters, bath towels and wash clothes. Pillows on each bed.

Backyard is great for entertaining and has an out door shower

BBQ is provided for your use. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE PROPANE

Checkin is 4 pm
Checkout is 10 am

This is a new rental for 2023. We have a 3 night minimum for remainder of Summer Season

Loved our visit to Seaside Heights and this property was in an ideal location. The house is beautiful and clean and provided more than enough space for our family to entertain extended family as well. The amenities included are far and above what I expected. Owner and Property Manager were beyond friendly and accommodating and whenever I had a question or concern they responded in a very timely manner. We look forward to staying again soon!

Great location, when they say walking distance to boardwalk and beach they really mean it, great property too. Tastefully renovated and decorated, even great towels/amenities provided. 2 car long garage is a huge plus. Our children and their grandparents thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Also a real pac man arcade machine! Highly recommended.

We had a great time for a girlfriend beach weekend. I was surprised by how spacious the house was! Very clean and so close to everything including the beach! Parking garage is 2 car. We all had midsized suvs and 2 fit in the garage and the other we just parked in front with the provided parking pass which was so convenient. And the beach passes were an ultimate plus! We would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home! Better than expected! The host Robert got back to us almost immediately if I had any questions and check-in procedure was quick and easy. The home (36 Kearney Ave) was a 2 minute walk to rhe boardwalk. Beautiful big back yard with a nice outdoor shower. 8 Complimentary beach passes, Complimentary bicycles, all in good working order. Besides the home being clean with new appliances, the host had many little details like extra plush towels and very comfortable beds. We look forward to staying there again! - Tony Romano

Best Bachelorette Rental ever!

We rented this place in Seaside for two days for my Bachelorette and we walked in already amazed! The place was beautiful and I must say, the pictures on the listing do not do the property justice!! There is way more included than shown in the pictures which was a lovely surprise. The property manager was super helpful for any minor issues we had, and solved them quickly to save us trouble! I will 100% recommend this rental to anyone going to the Jersey Shore and would love to rent from you guys again in the future!!!

Perfect location!!

Our stay was amazing at this beautiful home! Enough room to entertain in and outside! The house was extremely clean upon entry and had all the necessities needed for the beach! The local is perfect! Would highly recommend! Thank you for being such great hosts!
