Relax with your family and friends in this spectacular, updated Treeloft Cottage with amazing golf course views overlooking the 16th hole of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. Enjoy Seabrook's 3 1/2 miles of pristine, white sand beach - just a short bike ride to North Beach, Boardwalk #1 from the cottage. Watch the dolphins swim by and the Pelican's diving for fish in the ocean as you relax on the beach or grab a bite at the Pelicans Nest outdoor restaurant. You will truly feel like you're living in a tree house while enjoying the beach life on Seabrook Island.
Make yourself at home in the comfortable family room with soaring ceilings and plenty of seating for everyone, You will be greeted with a spectacular wall of windows in the living area that frame the natural beauty of Seabrook. Enjoy watching the television after a long, hot day or stream your favorites with the free WiFi included. The fully equipped, tastefully updated kitchen enables everyone to enjoy meals together. There is even a small coffee bar area with a prep sink. The dining table is framed by windows and is also great for board games/cards after a busy day of fun in the sun.
The primary bedroom is on the first level and features a California King size bed with updated en suite bath. Here you will find an updated bath with large granite topped vanity and walk-in shower. The primary has a vaulted ceiling with sliding doors leading to an outdoor deck with stunning low country views of the golf course and marsh. The second bedroom is also on the first level with a King bed with another updated full bath, accessed from the bedroom and the hall. This bathroom has a granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. Upstairs the loft is a fun room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan, featuring a Queen bed and futon. All bedrooms have wall mounted 32" Smart TVs.
Take your sweet tea out to the deck and enjoy the amazing views and natural beauty that is unique to Seabrook Island. A propane grill is available for all your barbecuing delights. Enjoy the best of everything at 818 Treeloft Villa.
There is a washer and dryer in the ground level storage unit. The covered first floor carport/patio has an out door dining table. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off those sandy bodies. The gas grill can be used for preparing vacation meals.
Two dogs allowed, no size limit, with additional pet fees per dog to apply.
Historic Charleston is just 23 miles from Seabrook Island. Bohicket Marina is a 1/2 mile from the Seabrook gate - offering fishing tours, boating and various activities throughout the year. Shops, restaurants, and more are found in Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village.
Once you visit Seabrook you won't want to leave!
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
